Our last stay with 3 Peaks Resort. Room was clean, Floor on the pool side room 207 becareful, walking by sliding door, seems they need to work on the wood flooring. Bed was comfy, I am just tired of NOT enough parking. We left one night early.... Disappointed on how I was told to park else where. Really? Visitors in my opinion should park else where. NO one should have to leave their vehicles parked on the street. More rooms than parking spots. Rooms are decent, when you ask for room service they should clean your room, I requested towels which we received however, our old sheets and not vacumne, No decent channels of tv or premium channels. Next time we will find another place. we arrived at 330pm yes check in at 4.. others where getting in... we were told by a snotty young lady it will be a while give me your number. No sooner as we drive down the road they call. Sounds petty, BUT we are tired of it. Always this way.. 3rd time staying wasn't a charm for us.

Very convenient dog area. Close to the lake. We enjoyed having the balcony

Close to water, casinos etc. Great location, especially for a short stay.

Love the location. Central to beach, hiking, casinos shopping & restaurants. Loved the music & outdoor seating at Heavenly Village, especially at California Burger. Staff was helpful & polite. Great large hot tub

Good value for the price. Clean, good location . Kefp going back

Loved that we could walk to food, beach, casinos. Large jacuzzi, room was clean- I loved the bed ( my husband wasn't as pleased with the really soft pillows- but I thought they were great)

The bed is terrible to sleep on. It was lapsided that when 2 people are sleeping in one bed, the mattress tend to be lower on the heavier person. Very poor support. My family did not enjoy the stay at all. Very poor quality.

Hotel was rundown and unclean. Both rooms were dirty and not properly cleaned. Toothpaste still on both sinks from prior guests and both sets of bedsheets had makeup and or stains on them.

Room and pool area were very clean and enjoyable! Easy walking distance to casinos and night life and to the beach!

nice and close to the beach, but no access to it. Arrived late.

Very clean nice hotel. Staff was helpful in a location could not have been any better. Beach passes were included and beach was walking distance. The suites were large and there was plenty of room for our family of four for the week.

Room was clean and smelt nice, Bed was awesome... however if you want a quiet room, stay up stairs. We had lower unit. You could hear everyone stepping around upstairs and every thump and stomp. Ac kept turning off. Weak Wifi, tv lost signal last day.

Late night partiers ruined my sleep several nights during my stay. Otherwise, Three Peaks is a jewel.

We were in Tahoe for two nights. The room had a fireplace and full kitchen. This place is great! Went in the jacuzzi with the snow falling. Does not get any better than this.

The room was so beautiful and clean. My new favorite INN in Tahoe. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and modern.

2 blocks to the beach or heavenly village. Rooms are recently renovated. We love this place and will return. Nice without being pretentious. It is a dog friendly hotel, so be prepared obnoxious yapping at times.

Clean room, Big TV enjoyed watching Warriors game..100 % back in this hotel, try it. Best in Tahoe

The room is fun down, with not working light. And the staff personal is probably the worst i ever met.

We stay at 3 peaks because they are dog friendly and walking distance to the gondola and village. When you check in you have a 50/50 shot of the staff being friendly, this time they were, last time they weren't. At check-in they inform you of all the house rules, put a contingency fee on your card (which disappears if you don't make a mess) and charge you per night per dog, but parking is free which is nice. They give you an after hours phone # in case of noise complaints, which we have had to use it in the past, though not this trip. There's pool table, pool (closed in the winter) and huge hot tub access. I wouldn't say it's a good place for a family, they charge extra for trundle beds or cribs and not all the rooms can have them due to fire codes. There are nice suites for families, but there is always some drunk waking you up in the middle of the night. Check in is at 4 pm and it is rare to get early check in, we have gone so far as to pay for the night before we arrive to make sure our non-skiers have a place to be when we arrive to ski in the early am. Check out is at 11 am and it is rare to get approved for late checkout. This trip was particularly pleasing, the hotel wasn't full so they bumped us into a nicer room (fireplace, heart shaped hot-tub, mini kitchenette). The front desk lady was very cordial. There was one person yelling at their dog outside in the middle of the night, who by the sounds of it was intoxicated and let their dog get away from them.

The ice machine was out of order, the internet didn't work, bath tub plug didn't work, and the water wasn't hot enough. Called the staff and they said someone will come by. One hour and half later....called the staff back and she said the maintenance guy left without telling them.

Sorry about the parking situation, we do not have enough parking but we try our best to ensure that all guest are able to feel safe and secure with their vehicle. As for check in at some point in the day we are alone and it is not always easy to break away to make the call every time to let a guest know that their room is ready but we try our best. Sorry that you had such a rough stay we do hope you come back and give us another shot.
