3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club

Late night partiers ruined my sleep several nights during my stay. Otherwise, Three Peaks is a jewel.

We were in Tahoe for two nights. The room had a fireplace and full kitchen. This place is great! Went in the jacuzzi with the snow falling. Does not get any better than this.

The room was so beautiful and clean. My new favorite INN in Tahoe. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and modern.

2 blocks to the beach or heavenly village. Rooms are recently renovated. We love this place and will return. Nice without being pretentious. It is a dog friendly hotel, so be prepared obnoxious yapping at times.

Clean room, Big TV enjoyed watching Warriors game..100 % back in this hotel, try it. Best in Tahoe

The room is fun down, with not working light. And the staff personal is probably the worst i ever met.

We stay at 3 peaks because they are dog friendly and walking distance to the gondola and village. When you check in you have a 50/50 shot of the staff being friendly, this time they were, last time they weren't. At check-in they inform you of all the house rules, put a contingency fee on your card (which disappears if you don't make a mess) and charge you per night per dog, but parking is free which is nice. They give you an after hours phone # in case of noise complaints, which we have had to use it in the past, though not this trip. There's pool table, pool (closed in the winter) and huge hot tub access. I wouldn't say it's a good place for a family, they charge extra for trundle beds or cribs and not all the rooms can have them due to fire codes. There are nice suites for families, but there is always some drunk waking you up in the middle of the night. Check in is at 4 pm and it is rare to get early check in, we have gone so far as to pay for the night before we arrive to make sure our non-skiers have a place to be when we arrive to ski in the early am. Check out is at 11 am and it is rare to get approved for late checkout. This trip was particularly pleasing, the hotel wasn't full so they bumped us into a nicer room (fireplace, heart shaped hot-tub, mini kitchenette). The front desk lady was very cordial. There was one person yelling at their dog outside in the middle of the night, who by the sounds of it was intoxicated and let their dog get away from them.

The ice machine was out of order, the internet didn't work, bath tub plug didn't work, and the water wasn't hot enough. Called the staff and they said someone will come by. One hour and half later....called the staff back and she said the maintenance guy left without telling them.

Highly recommend! The hotel is clean, elegant, and very comfortable bed! -Dr. Sousada

Some stuff was just flat out lack of mainenence and upkeep. Shower drain would barely go down. A foot of water deep by the time your done showering. Chipped tiles. Loud fridge that rattled. Fix your hotel or don't charge more than the motels in the area...

Great place to stay...close to restaurants, shops, casinos! Pet friendly! Quiet and nice staff!

Incredible rates and perfect customer service!! I loved my stay and the room was beautiful

This Hotel is great when it comes to dealing with the staff. Everyone is nice and friendly. Also very helpful! But we have stayed at this hotel twice and somehow both times my fiance and I ended up in the honeymoon suite. The first time there was issues with the bath faucet and drainage but we just ignored them as minor problems. This last stay though our second window didnt have a notch to open the window. I went to turn on the fan and it was wobbling from the ceiling so I looked at the top and it was onky hanging by the wires and wasn't mounted to the wall at all. That was a little worrisome.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and took goid care of us. I would definitely go back. Great service from Beth and the rest.

Very clean and well maintained. Ideal location. Main issue is the heating system noise which was really problematic at night. We had to switch off so we could sleep.

Room appeared to be recently remodeled. Was very nice.

Hotel and room was nice. The bathroom sink is in the room outside of the bathroom and that was a little strange, but not bad. Faucet was loose. Overall nice hotel and good location. I would stay here again.

It was great for an overnight stay and it was a decent price. Great location-room a little small but still wasnt too bad.

Good location in South Lake Tahoe. We went during "off season" and got great rates on a king suite. Lots of room and kitchenette to cook in. Dog friendly too so the furry friend can come.

We found the staff to be pleasant and easy to work with. The room was comfortable and had all of the basic amenities. Our four day experience was relaxing and enjoyable.

Hello Dani: Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had experiences with noisy guests. I wish you would reach out to me regarding the friendliness of the staff as all the people I have hired get exceptional reviews. As with most hotels we do charge extra for pack and plays per policy but there is always wiggle room with this on extended stays. I would love to speak with you in the case you have time to reach out to me.

I am so sorry that there were things in your room that were not working or seemed a bit used. We are currently under a property remodel and so most of the items mentioned will be addressed. We hope you come to stay with us again after the remodel is completed.
