All of the front staff are very nice and attentive to help. mattress is nice medium firm which allowed us to sleep great. Hot tub spa was fun. Overall, great hotel, will love to come back in the future! only downside, The cleaning crew can do better on cleanliness. The room floor looked ok but had a shirt tag in 1 of the bedrooms and my kids found a boucy ball somewhere.

Very comfortable and clean room. Close to good restaurants and skiing. Highly recommend the suite.

My friend and I stayed Wed. through Friday at the end of January. It´s been a dry snow season, but we enjoyed our two-night stay to relax. Our trip´s main goal was to take her old dog out to the snow. He is an old dog, and she wanted him to enjoy a snow trip while he was still able. We took a nice hike out into the Van Sickle bi-state park, a dog-friendly trail. It is a very easy hike, with some trails leading up to vista points with amazing views of the Lake, and giant boulders to climb on. There was snow on the trail, and the sun was out, so it was icy and slippery. Our room was more spacious than expected, and we had a recently renovated double double room with new mattresses on the first floor. Overall, a great deal and great quality. The walls are thin, so if you do book, I´d suggest asking for a room on the second floor, unless you have a dog. I guess first floor are the pet-friendly rooms. Our bathroom was very nice, but narrow. I liked that the sink was located outside the bathroom, and had a bottom rack for our boots. Great use of shelving to create storage in a small space! Room was ideal for two people and a dog max. Our room´s heater worked very well. Our room had a small coffee maker, hair dryer, safe, mini fridge. The flat screen tv was also nice. There is a nice double-tiered hot tub included on premises. The pool was closed for the Winter season. Friendly staff, walking distance to the Lake. I would come back and on the weekdays when it is not so crowded.

Under construction. Hotel placed us next door to a room under construction. Checked in at 6pm construction went on well past 9pm. We asked to be moved and that was an unexpected hassle. This is also a pet friendly hotel. We were asked to sign a document and agree to pay a $300 fee if anyone complained about barking, etc. So for safety we took our pet everywhere we went. I do not trust that these folks do honest business. Will never stay again. It was because we booked with orbits that we got the worst room possible the girl at the front desk confirmed. Stay away from this orooerty.

Hotel staff was rude and short. There is not enough parking. The room was nice, except there was a fair bit of noise from adjacent rooms.

It is located about 2 blocks from lots of shops and eating places so we were able to walk most anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and very helpful with all our questions about where to go and what to do. Room was awesome and we didn’t want to get out of the bed it was so comfortable!!!!!

We have stayed at most of the hotels in the area. Typically at this price point they are pretty bad but we spend more time on the mountain...so who cares. BUT this hotel was very clean, updated, superb location and lots of room for the money. Full kitchen, comfy bedding, and safe. Will stay here again for sure.

Our last stay with 3 Peaks Resort. Room was clean, Floor on the pool side room 207 becareful, walking by sliding door, seems they need to work on the wood flooring. Bed was comfy, I am just tired of NOT enough parking. We left one night early.... Disappointed on how I was told to park else where. Really? Visitors in my opinion should park else where. NO one should have to leave their vehicles parked on the street. More rooms than parking spots. Rooms are decent, when you ask for room service they should clean your room, I requested towels which we received however, our old sheets and not vacumne, No decent channels of tv or premium channels. Next time we will find another place. we arrived at 330pm yes check in at 4.. others where getting in... we were told by a snotty young lady it will be a while give me your number. No sooner as we drive down the road they call. Sounds petty, BUT we are tired of it. Always this way.. 3rd time staying wasn't a charm for us.

Very convenient dog area. Close to the lake. We enjoyed having the balcony

Close to water, casinos etc. Great location, especially for a short stay.

Love the location. Central to beach, hiking, casinos shopping & restaurants. Loved the music & outdoor seating at Heavenly Village, especially at California Burger. Staff was helpful & polite. Great large hot tub

Good value for the price. Clean, good location . Kefp going back

Loved that we could walk to food, beach, casinos. Large jacuzzi, room was clean- I loved the bed ( my husband wasn't as pleased with the really soft pillows- but I thought they were great)

The bed is terrible to sleep on. It was lapsided that when 2 people are sleeping in one bed, the mattress tend to be lower on the heavier person. Very poor support. My family did not enjoy the stay at all. Very poor quality.

Hotel was rundown and unclean. Both rooms were dirty and not properly cleaned. Toothpaste still on both sinks from prior guests and both sets of bedsheets had makeup and or stains on them.

Room and pool area were very clean and enjoyable! Easy walking distance to casinos and night life and to the beach!

nice and close to the beach, but no access to it. Arrived late.

Very clean nice hotel. Staff was helpful in a location could not have been any better. Beach passes were included and beach was walking distance. The suites were large and there was plenty of room for our family of four for the week.

Room was clean and smelt nice, Bed was awesome... however if you want a quiet room, stay up stairs. We had lower unit. You could hear everyone stepping around upstairs and every thump and stomp. Ac kept turning off. Weak Wifi, tv lost signal last day.

Late night partiers ruined my sleep several nights during my stay. Otherwise, Three Peaks is a jewel.

Sorry about the parking situation, we do not have enough parking but we try our best to ensure that all guest are able to feel safe and secure with their vehicle. As for check in at some point in the day we are alone and it is not always easy to break away to make the call every time to let a guest know that their room is ready but we try our best. Sorry that you had such a rough stay we do hope you come back and give us another shot.
