Warm pools are FANTASTIC.
This used to be our favorite Palm Desert resort however over the past few years, it has gone downhill. The customer service is not as good as it used to be. The property is overrun with bugs, we were there for a week and could not go on our deck as there were bees everywhere. The first time we walked out, we were swarmed with them, so we had to avoid the patio the entire trip, which was a huge bummer because that is generally our favorite place to hang out. The front desk didn’t seem to care whatsoever and maintenance said a third party company handles landscaping so it wouldn’t be resolved during our stay. Also in general things in our room were old and broken, like the ice machine, door lock, etc. The pool area has also changed a lot, as they allow people to throw hard balls around in the pool and hit others, this happened to our group multiple times.
First time here and will return! Loved the pool and definitely was family oriented it was clean and quiet the staff was friendly and helpful.
Beautiful resort… will be returning. Costs were very reasonable for the room and amenities.

Lots of on-site activities going on for non-golfers and kids. Great pools. Staff was friendly and service solid. Would stay there again. Thumbs up!

Great place to take the family. Beautiful big suites w full kitchens, several pools including children's pool and splash pad, children's center with many activities and games and playground. Located very close to Living Desert zoo and shopping centers.
