We just returned from our first visit. There were some hits and some misses. Started off rough arriving at 1am and being given a room that was already occupied. The setting is beautiful with the mountains. We really liked the pool area, mini golf and all the dining options around. Would’ve liked more activities for kids/teens maybe a ping pong table? The arcade was nice but closed early. Check out Mikado the Japanese restaurant - awesome!! The “regular” room felt very crammed for a family of 4. For the prices we paid I was surprised how small the rooms are. Also our shower leaked a ton onto the bathroom floor which was annoying. Was super impressed with the staff at the resort. Everyone was super friendly and very service oriented.

The property was nice. Our “room with a view” was a bit of a stretch. The view was beyond the parking lot, but it was a nice room nonetheless.
Checking in, receptionist said she “upgraded our room” ended up with smaller room, when we called down to the front to ask about the room She said oh we’re sold out sorry bye Seriously !? Been coming here for yearssssss sadly i don’t think we will be returning. Such a con!

the pools are so
I really enjoyed the hotel. thought the landscaping and grounds were amazing and beautiful. I was disappointed in the outside look of the hotel as it appears to be dated. The restaurants were very good but the pool grille was annoying and the staff was a bit rude.
The resort was pretty and clean . Our room was large and very clean. The property is older but has been kept up very nicely. The golf course is beautiful. The location isn’t the best for shopping or restaurant choices. There are dining options at the hotel a couple other dining options that are about a 12 min walk. It’s about 25 min drive to downtown Palm Springs. The closest shopping area (El Paseo which is an outside mall) is about a 12 min drive. If looking to just spend time at the pool or to golf this resort is perfect.
Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly & helpful. Fisherman's Landing had best shrimp tacos. & Joshua the Night Shift Front Desk Rep had the Best Customer Service & helped us himself. Will be going back👍🌞😊
