The location was good, close to Knotts Berry Farm and close to restaurants and such. Other than that, it wasn’t great. we had to switch rooms within the first 30 minutes of arriving as there seemed to be feces on the toilet seat of our room. We kept finding long black hairs in our room, none of the people staying in the room have dark hair. The carpet in the room was gross. The rooms were TINY. We had to replace our room key multiple times as it would stop opening our room door. The front desk staff always seemed to be inconvenienced with our asking for a new room key that would actually work. There are probably much better options at the same price point.

Parking is easy and staff are courteous and friendly,they're pretty much what's admirable in this establishment. Apart from that, the elevator is dirty and not secured. The common area outside the room is dirty. The telephone inside the room is broken. Furnitures are dusty. Security is the biggest concern.

Nice little place to stay at, clean and quiet. Easy parking and you feel safe here. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and spacious. I have stayed here multiple times, great price and staff is always nice and courteous.

This was a great stay for the price! The area was not bad at all and I will definitely be staying here again for my next Knotts trip. The hotel room was clean and the staff was so friendly.

Carpet cleaning during peak days was just plain inconvenient. We were there to go to events at night so therefor sleeping in before and waking up late were our intentions. Couldn’t do that this trip no warning before booking about carpet cleaning so it really upset us
