Excellent staff and great location.
In the description we were told we’d have a full Kitchenette and all we had was a fridge. The pictures were not at all like what we had so we were very disappointed. The bed moved because it was on wheels. You couldn’t sit down without the whole thing jolting. Sleeping at night with the bed was a joke. The bed wheels were locked but it would still jolt. You could hear everyone and everything around you in the next room.
WiFi was great Breakfast not so good... Old buildings needs to be remodeled
The swimming pool was dirty, the rooms floors were dirty
Vents were ALL dirty. Roaches in room. Pool was green and very cold. Hot tub was green. Homeless people seem to congregate in the pool area. Dressers had no drawers (for real, it was just a bunch of shelves). Toilet barely flushed. No security at all.
Overall a good hotel if you’re going to Knotts or Disney. The Breakfast will not get the Job done. Just go to IHOP next door or McDonald’s across the street.
You get what you pay for. Great location if you want to go to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm. 15 minute drive to Disneyland and a 5 minute walk to Knotts. Breakfast is just Cereal, Juice, Toast, and little debbie honey bun. I would recommend IHOP next door or McDonalds across the street. Shower heads in bathroom were caked with lime and rust and hotel lack attention to detail.
I recently stayed there with my husband and two kids and it was just perfect. Across from both theme parks, food nearby and a 24hour Walgreens for last minute shopping. Room was very clean and the gentlemen in the front desk was very kind. I'm looking forward to our next stay!
Location was Great, but it is infested with ROACHES. I will never stay there again.
The staff was very nice checking in and checking out, the breakfast was OK but Ihop is right next door. The bed I must admit was wonderful the room was clean although the room stated "no smoking" there was a very faint smell of smoke. The pricing was within my budget and walking distance from a few places so i will defiantly be returning.
Hotel is older but the staff is very friendly and was able to help with anything I needed.
Well my kid locked him self in the room while I went to get ice and couldn't unlock the door and staff said there was nothing they could do
The name is the selling point. I didn't have to pay for parking at Knott's because the motel is so close to the park. What it is not is luxurious. I knew what to expect and was not disappointed by the breakfast, the condition of the property or the furnishings. If a property in need of a make-over will bother you, spend more money elsewhere. I saved enough on my lodgings to pay for the overpriced food in Knott's. Happy to do so. The staff was very helpful and attended to my needs.
Very close to Knott's Farm. Not too far from Disney either. Room itself is ok. With the price I paid, not a bad deal.
I ceck in late...and wen a arrive to my room, the carpet was not clen also the sink in the rest room was very durty. I dont ask to change my room because a came whit 3 children.
While the halls of the hotel were in rough shape, the actual room was very nice. It was a very large room, which was great! And the bed, chairs, etc. were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous. It was literally a five minute walk to Knotts Berry Farm, which saved us parking money and we didn't have to deal with traffic. Also, we walked to Medieval Times, which was also very convenient!
Yes this motel has a great location and curious attendants....but overall place needs a remodel!!! Mildew on restroom walls, shower head was not high enough (reached my neck area....I'm 5'4), towels were thin (so worn) can actually see my hand on the other side of the towel, breakfast was toast, cereal milk coffee and toast....paint peeling off the walls....bottom line for $30 more could have stayed at knotts hotel and not had to worry as much about cleanliness!!!! No worth the money I paid....
Hotel needs to be upgraded to include new carpet, fresh paint job, clean inside cabinets, and just overall makeover.
We stayed at this Rodeway Inn hotel and I have to say we where pretty satisfied. This room was clean, comfortable, & the front desk men are nice and helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants, stores, and conveniently walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm, and Soak City. We are satisfied with our stay & have plans to stay again.
