Spiders in the room and bathroom. Had to kill one so my son can sleep. Dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Why is this hotel so gross.? I had my children with me. The fridge wasn’t working. My food got wet on the bottom. I took pics and showed the guy at the desk. He didn’t know what to say. No apology.

The rooms were OK. Adequate. Expected for the price. Location to Knotts is exceptional. Very inexpensive for the amazing location. Just dont expect it to be the 4 Seasons....One odd thing. The hotel required a $100 CASH deposit. Had to be cash. Strange.

PLEASE READ: The room was extremely filthy, it smelled horrendous. The walls in the bathroom looked as if they were covered in urine. Most of the outlets were burnt out, didn’t work what so ever. One of the beds were broken, leaning onto one side, we reported and they didn’t do anything about the problem. The tv was also broken. Bathroom necessities were not provided enough for our stay, if anything they only dropped off two rolls of toilet paper and a couple of towels. It was also extremely noisy, the weekly residents were partying and at 3 in the morning a fight broke out, caused by domestic disputes, police showed up. This place could be modest or even decent, but the current management is absolutely disgusting, or they do not care about what happens at their establishment. This place is sadly right across the street from knotts berry farm and 15 mins away from Disneyland.

Staff charged me $20 cash on a room I’ve had 3 day already for an early check in? That charge is so cleaning staff can perform room serve from previous guest not existing guest. Any way cash not card, maybe the $20 was going in the pocket?

Please reconsider staying at this location. The staff—especially the man handling evening check-ins—were extremely rude, lazy, and inconsiderate. We requested room service three separate times and never received it. The room and sheets were dirty, and when we reported it, the front desk told us to change them ourselves instead of addressing the issue. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were denied and received no assistance from anyone. To make matters worse, we were awakened at 2 a.m. by guests next door yelling and arguing, and smoke from someone smoking nearby drifted into our room. Overall, it was an unpleasant and poorly managed experience.

U pay for what you get....

No ac in second room. It stink leeky facet. No parking over crowded. Old broken down car park and old automobile seats where thrown in parking. Maid was very rude yelling at people.

Lobby staff went above and beyond. Fast checkout, knowledgeable, and held luggage before and after checkout so my family could visit the park. The rooms were great for the price. They could probably charge more per night if they maintained the rooms better. Our room was missing a toilet paper roll bar and the wiring would not allow the light and fan to turn off after a shower. The walls had residue on them. The beds were comfortable and we did receive clean towels and linens daily. Overall, incredible value and great lobby staff!

Lots of options, but this one looked and described as needed. Parking was scary since didn’t ask for car information. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the stench of cigarettes was overwhelming. Beds had burns and stains. Also sheets were dirty on one bed. There were no towels for use and the restroom was substandard on the cleaning quality.
