The hotel is too old. Needed to update. The room they assigned to us was all the way at the back. The bathroom sink is clog, you have to open the toilet to pull the string to be able to flushed it. The fridge had a strand of hair. Curtain is dirty. Musty smell of the room. The light switch not working.
This hotel was horrible. We stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms and House keeping never came once. We asked for service and it never came. Our ac didn’t work and they didn’t come to fix it. The pool and hot tub were dirty. Horrible stay and the staff wasn’t helpful at all.
Would recommend staying here service was great
Pictures online made it look nice, but when we got there it was kinda run down. The shower curtain was ripped in several places and the toiletries were literally all from different companies. My daughter was running around the room and her feet were black after a few minutes. The lady at the desk was kinda rude and let a few of us stand there waiting to get checked in till she was ready to help us. The hotel was practically empty and we got out in the furthest room from the entrance and with a 5 year old and a 6 months old it was super inconvenient as well as 2 elevators not working. The beds were decent though!
Place had some issues when it transitioned from a Radison Hotel but things seem to be coming together. It will be nice when they open other Hotel Amenities - Restaurant, Breakfast, lounge area convention area - it will be really nice again.
My stay was awful. Staff was rude. Room was falling apart. Blinds on front door broken so people could see inside the room as the walked by. We had to hang a blanket. No toilet paper. Never once came to clean the room. Pull out couch mattress was super old and you could feel all the springs. No bedding for it and when staff was asked they gave us the minimum and said you have 4 pillows on the main bed just share them. Middle of winter and the AC was set at 55 degrees and wouldn’t work to turn it off or up so we froze every night. Wifi didn’t work either. Never had an experience this bad in my life.
The front desk didn't help with pre-paid Orbitz reservation. Told me to contact Orbitz & did not check or escalate issue to someone who can help trouble shoot the issue. I finally reached an Orbitz staff, 2 separate times, both tried to reach out to the hotel but the hotel staff didn't answer the phone. My son walked back to the front desk. No one was there. The hotel front desk left a sign saying they will be back at 6pm. The front desk knew my son was trying to reach Orbitz & was in their lobby. The front desk didn't bother telling my son they were leaving for lunch. It was more than 3 hrs before he was able to check in a hotel. Terrible service at this hotel & with the first Orbitz staff named [told to remove or they will reject my review].
Ran into a situation I have never delt with before. I stayed on October 14 and checked out at 7am on October 15th. I prepaid on Orbitz about a month in advance. Was told upon check in that a 300 dollar security deposit was required. I agreed and spent the night. Next morning during check out I'm told I was listed as a no show, I explained that not only did I check in, I also paid a 300 dollar security deposit, was given keys and spent the night, after some confusion I was told that my credit card info and security deposit was applied to a someone else staying at the hotel. And that I couldn't be refunded during check out because I would be checking out that customer early and MY CARD would be charged for that person's stay. Pretty crazy. I called a few times during the 15th of October and was able to speak with Francesca, who I am assuming is the manager. I was told I'd get I call back or a text when my issue was fixed. Was assured it would be right away. No call or text so I'll keep waiting.
Didn’t get the bed I wanted , the WiFi and ac was broke
No hot water. Water dripping from AC. Light bulbs are not working.
