Check in was smooth, everything else wasn’t. There was no TV in the living room, there was no access to control the temperature in the room, when I tried to called the front desk there was no line. Don’t get me wrong there was a phone, but it didn’t work so I had to resort to calling from my cell phone. No one ever answered! When I went to the front, no one was able to help me. I’m a little shocked that this was a Marriott. I do not recommend anyone staying here.

Property is aged and falling apart. Need major renovation. I never been to any Marriott property this bad. Room smell bad. No deal bolt on the door knop. Window dirty. Wall so thin I can hear activity from the guests next dooe.

Book a courtyard view but all the view we got was another building and the parking lot. Suite was a good size, but no TV in the sitting room with the couch. The hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom, but good water temp in the shower. Lights were flickering in the kitchenette area. But we only stayed ine night. The staff we encountered briefly were okay. Overall the quick stay was okay.

When we arrived no one at the front desk a while my daughter had to go to the restroom and they didn’t have one open!! So she ended up having an accident!! Then we finally got in the room and the pull out bed had no sheets!! I had to go back down and get some and he said they had no pillows or the thick blanket so he gave me sheets. The bed are really thin for laying $400 for the weekend this place has very bad service and horrible beds!

They double booked our room and told us there was nothing they could do, they would not accommodate us. The front desk person was extremely rude would not help us at all and ended up calling the police on us and told them that my husband was being hostile when he wasn’t. He was just trying to get an explanation. The couple checking in next to us had the same issue. They were told there were no rooms available even though they had also made a reservation in advance. Instead of trying to accommodate us and the other family the front desk person was just trying to get rid of us and that’s why he called the police. Horrible customer service. I will never book with them again!

The room wasnt that clean. The bedding was thankfully. The gym equipment was new, but the room was not. Hotels.com advertised buffet breakfast wouldnt even qualify as continental. The eggs were cold ¬ enough food to feed guest. Ice machines were no where to be found. foundThe grounds needed more attention.
