Great for families, lots of kids activities by the pool, water slide, volleyball and basketball in the pool. Clean and spacious rooms with kitchen including oven. Friendly staff.

Stayed here during Stagecoach Music Festival. Nice property, clean spacious villas, helpful staff, great pools

We were just there fort a night but absolutely worth the cost.

Loved the place! Great room. Master bedroom was so comfortable. Pull out couch, not so much! Kids were really uncomfortable! But overall great place!

Weren't able to spend as much time at the Villas as we thought but would stay there again if we were in the area.

I stayed in a Prem Villa, it was so nice to have a full kitchen. The unit was very clean. The fireplace was such a nice touch. The bathroom was WOW! The staff everywhere was so friendly. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend to all.

This hotel its very nice and children friendly! We will definitely come back! Orbitz customer service person was very helpful and passed my request to the hotel.

We got upgraded to a bigger room which was great. The room was spacious and clean. It was everything I expected and much more! I loved the fact that our room was equipped with a full kitchen. This made things much easier considering that we were traveling with kids. We would definitely visit again. The ONLY complaint that I have is that the pool was soooo hot due to the warm summer weather. The water in the pool did not feel refreshing at all. It felt like a Jacuzzi. They really need to figure out a way to keep the pool temperature bearable. I also didn't like the fact that the pools deepest end was 4 feet. I wish they had a real pool. The slide was also a great treat although my son wasn't able to ride because he was too short. I didn't see it written anywhere but beware that you have to be 48 inches to ride.

Nice resort, pretty spread out. We (along with a lot of other people) had lots of problems with our room keys so three times waited for staff to bring new keys so we could get in. Also, disappointed that since it was our 25th anniversary the hotel said they would take care of us and make sure there was a bottle of wine sent to our room, etc. Absolutely didn't do anything. I would have ordered something had a I known they wouldn't follow through. Generally staff was good and the place was very nice. Poolside staff great and the bartender was very nice and friendly.

The check in process was easy. The rep even waived the $15 parking fee since this information was not posted on website. The villa was perfect ...everything we needed was in the room and every building has a BBQ pit and picnic tables..you can play ping pong and pool there..we even made smores there at night..the pools and saunas are clean..you can play volleyball and basketball in the pool..oh they have Happy Hour food and beverages. Needless to say, my son and I enjoyed the trip and will be coming back next month.

“Amazing hotel, relaxing stay” We booked 2 nights, so glad we did, and was sad to leave! Rooms are very spacious and well equipped, kitchenette, large bathroom, the whole apartment was clean. The best thing about this hotel besides its location is the friendly helpful staff who totally made the experience special. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Beautiful location, the room was pristine, we didn't want to leave. Can't wait to visit again.

Very reasonably accommodations for the price. It was just a quick getaway but it was easy to find and park at. The rooms were nice and the pool was nice as well. I would say above average accommodations.

We came to Palm Desert to get married. Upon check-in we were told we received an upgraded room (but I think it's the one I chose and paid for). We mentioned we were getting married and Ryan at the front desk later sent us a bottle of Champagne. That was a nice touch. The concierge was very helpful in finding a special dinner place and informing us about the happenings around town. The pool was a fun environment, but I wish the slide hours were later/24 hours. The room service was good, but it arrived cold and we had to heat it up in the microwave. And I recognize that these are villas on a big property, but I still wanted service on plates, not in to-go boxes. If I'm paying for food when I already have a full kitchen, it's because I don't want to have to do anything (like transfer to plates and heat it up). The rooms themselves felt plush and luxurious. The staff also came to pick us up anytime we wanted a lift to the pool. With such a big property, that was a much appreciated service. Check out was probably my biggest complaint. After a leisurely wake-up I called the front desk at 10:04 am to inquire about check out time. I was anticipating noon and thought I would try to extend it until 1pm to enjoy the property a bit more. I was told checkout time was 10 am. As I sat there in my PJs with my new wife still in bed at 10:04 I explained I would need an extension. she offered 15 minutes, then 30 minutes, then finally pushed it to 11am as "the best she could do." At least this was enough time to both get showered and packed up. But I hated having to haggle for that time. I also hated feeling rushed when this was supposed to be a special trip. 10 am is way too early for a checkout. At a 4 star place I expected more, and I also expected more in the way of amelioration when I was specifically asking for it. In general this didn't ruin the whole trip, but it certainly left a little taste in my mouth about the Westin. I will probably still be back to stay at Westin's despite this since the property was so beautiful and I enjoyed myself.

Very nice place and nice pool and I loved everything but the following :- checkout is at 10 not 11 which is ok no big deal , I found about 20 crickets in the room so next time I am getting a room on the upper level , make sure that the address for the hotel is correct because the address listed on online took us 25 min away from the hotel , make sure u call the hotel and get the correct address directly from them . Other than that everything else was lovely

This place is probably one of the best I have ever stayed very accommodating , everything is there the room is beyond great stayed in the 820sq ft king suite with my gf which was exceptional.

It was very hot/windy weekend and I wasn't able to enjoy the resort amenities. So mainly I stayed inside the room. I was given room with absolutely worst view. (facing construction parking lot). Make sure you ask for room with the golf course or resort view. It was 110 degrees outside so I was not going to go out to balcony, so I did not ask for any room with view. We stayed at top floor (3rd) but the room was very noisy due to a/c vibration from rooftop. I could not sleep and I had to call front desk and ask for another room. They were able to take care of it, but it was very inconvenient to pack and move to another room at midnight. No complimentary upgrade or resort credit was offered. Upon checkout I was asked to pay daily parking cost. I told the front desk guy that website did not mention about the parking and he was able to waived the fees. Even though fee was waived, I was not too happy that they were trying to charge parking cost when there are plenty empty spaces throughout the resort.

Everything was great the room was nice comfy and cozy, the outside environment was wonderful everything about this hotel was exciting and relaxing at the same time. I wanna say thank you for the stay and also thinking about coming for a second time.

Great place to stay for a family. Great pools, awesome smoothies, and amazing golf. Great location. Center of everything. Only downfall is a nightly $15 parking fee.

Starting with check in and ending 7 days later with departure every thing was great. Gal at check in was super nice, friendly but not fake or pretencious at all. During our stay any and all staff smiled and said hello when they saw us.Our room was great, clean and all the kitchen equip. you need for preparing food there. They also have grilling areas with several grills by each complex. The pool area was clean. They had musice playing but it was at a pleasant level. I've been at other places where the music was loud and you couldn't carry on a conversation. Didn't eat at the restaurant but I'm sure it was good. I had a margarita and it was perfect. The location for getting around greater PS area is very central. Between Hwy 111 and I-10. Casino close if you leant to go. Close to great shopping on El Paseo or the mall. We're already talking about when we go back.
