I had expected to be at the nicer Marriott down the street for the price we paid, so I was mildly disappointed when we arrived to what would traditionally be a 3 star hotel. That said, the staff were all friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and modern, the bed was comfy, the furniture was nice, the tv was nice and included some of the more premium channels (like Disney channel for the kids), the parking lot was well maintained and well lit, there were no weird smells, and there was no noise issue at night. All in all it was just what we needed. Only complaint is the lack of convenient elevator access and sensible sidewalk layout on the east side of the hotel. We did a lot of up and down the stairs and across the grass with luggage.

Stayed here only for one night. The room is clean, spacious and comfy. I would consider to stay at this place again if I get a chance to the area.

Hotel served it's purpose as a convenient location to do things in the Palm Springs area.

People were great and the room was perfect, but there was no connection for my mobile phone, and had to go out side in order for this to work. I had bought trough Orbitz Breakfast included but it was not, and the staff wasn't helpful at all on this issue.

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly and efficient. We had a problem in our room that was our doing and the hotel staff took care of it right away.

I would stay there again.. Only complaint is the pool. To small and needs an upgrade.

Great deal. Good location, new, clean hotel with nice rooms and a comfortable bed.

We stayed here for a wedding for just one night. When we walked in there was a couple arguing in the lobby, I was surprised the hotel staff did not intervene, it looked like it was going to get violent. The hot tub was not really hot. There was a huge pile of vomit in the hallway going to the room. The only room they had for me was a wheelchair room so everything was lower than normal.

Enjoyed the scenery,l went to Indian museum uptown, art museum,Date store on hey 111,catholic mass everyday, lots of pictures of flora, desert sand, shopping for gifts, Starbucks in hotel, casino(least favorite),et al.

There hotel was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly. The location was great for my business conference. The Applebee's next door was a pleasant surprise.

Great location...near all business and freeway exit

The hotel was fine though I mistakenly believed it to be in or very near Palm Springs. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The place was clean and well maintained. However, this is the only hotel where we literally had to plead to be able to stay a little beyond the 12:00 depart time. When I first asked, they said no, that there would be a charge if we stayed later than 12:00 My wife called a again and explained that we were both disabled after which they relented and agreed to let us leave at 12:30.

This was my first time ever staying in a Courtyard. I stayed here while traveling to and from California a couple weeks ago, and checked in late. Starting with the outside, there was ample amounts of free parking and well kept grounds. The times I had to go in and out I had no trouble with the outside doors, as some other reviewers have mentioned. Moving inside, they have a large lobby area with bar, TV, vending machines, and lounging areas. All very nice. At the check-in desk, the attendant was friendly and helpful. There was some issue with the reservation, but he handled it and I never had to worry about it. Phenomenal service! My room was clean, on the second floor, and overlooked the pool. It had a great view, and I wish I had more time there to check out some of the amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size. Check out the next morning was simple. There was no complimentary breakfast, but not really a big deal considering the great price point. I would absolutely stay here again if passing through.

Great place to stay at. Very clean. Great food. Nice rooms. Nice pool.

The staff was extremely friendly and the inside of the hotel is much better than the outside. The room itself was a bit small and the bathroom seemed unfinished, but the bed was comfortable for 1 night stay.

The amenities provided by this hotel are not the same as listed. The bistro is only open for certain hours and doesn't have room service. It doesn't have a spa. Make sure to keep your email because my breakfast option was not there when I got to the hotel. I had to go through a long process to prove I had paid for breakfast too. Not a pleasant vacation spot.

The room seemed old and musty. The ac rattled all night. The staff at check in was efficient but that was the extent of their hospitality. The bathroom was decent, but could use some updating. Overall it was a safe place to stay the night, but it didn't awe us with the comfort that one might want after driving many hours on the road.

My wife and I just wanted an affordable weekend getaway and I'm glad we chose this hotel. The price was great for us, yeah the hotel itself is not a resort or anything but it was an inexpensive place to stay, at a good location in the desert where we could get to other destinations easily, and it was exactly what we wanted. We'd stay here again.

I got a whirlpool king room. The whirlpool tub in the common area was nice worked fine. Bed was ok as far as comfort. The location is great because you are close to all neighboring towns ie cathedral city, Indian wells, rancho mirage etc.

Friendly staff, room was very clean, but a bit small.
