This is a very comfortable resort however they did a horrible interior renovation and the rooms are not nearly as nice as they look in the photos. Prepare to be disappointed. You will also be pushed to attend a time share presentation at check in.
My friend and I stayed here for a week. Breathtaking accommodations, beautiful grounds, and a very helpful staff. Spent some time in the gym and around the pools. Grounds are extremely well kept. Should anything go wrong in your unit, maintenance staff attend immediately and are so polite and friendly. Nothing really goes wrong it was just a loose toilet paper holder. The outdoor area outside the suite, we were on the ground floor, has a lovely seating area and a gas fireplace.
We booked this resort for one night from Hotwire. It is a vacation ownership/timeshare sort of company. However it is also available to book per night. This place is gorgeous. They do have resort fees. It is directly on a beautiful golf course. We had a king size bedroom, a nice small kitchen with all of the amenities (glasses, utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. We were on the first floor and had a nice patior with a table chairs and a propane fireplace which we used. The ground of this property are amazing! We spent time at the main pool while waiting for our room, this was spectacular. Then once checked in we spent a few hours at the adult plunge pool/ hot tub. Very nice!!!
First time in Palm Desert, we are staying 12 days. It remain us of Sandestin in Florida, except the weather and the view are way better. It’s are second full day today we are golfing. The tennis court are in great shape, we play every morning
Two bedroom condos are very large with top of the line furnishings and appliances. The rooms were very clean. The outside grounds were well kept with patios that were perfect for sitting out and enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to shopping and other activities, yet slightly isolated making it quiet and private. We would definitely recommend this resort for anyone traveling to this area.
Stunning nviews from upstairs. Rooms and bathrooms are big. outdoor shower is amazing. The maintenance request was never handled toour disappointment. There isn't enough parking and the trash cans are spread too far apart.
Excellent vacation spot, mountains, desert setting, tons of wildlife, golf courses and tons of tourist destinations to visit...tons of additional attractions and resorts in local are also...visit the famous Palm Springs which is 10 mins away
This property is beautiful. Our checkin experience was in a word “Hospitable “. We love our accommodation, recommend for couples, families, our morning coffee view in the pic below. The staff stays on top of looking after the grounds. The location of the complex is very central and convenient
I am just returning home with tears in my eyes after leaving this property. I want people to follow me because I am brutally honest with my reviews. I received an Interval International Getaway here and booked it because I wanted to visit Palm Springs and this was a nice looking well rated place on TA and I figured I can drive 15-20 minutes for Palm Springs. I really did not want to leave the resort. We self-catered a few nights just because we were so lazy of being restful by the pool. I know it sounds funny. There are 2 adult only pools and they are rather small but nice and each has a hot tub. The pools were cool even though it was 114 degrees outside and there are ample beds and umbrellas and shaded areas. I sat and enjoyed the peacefulness. The guests were very friendly and nice and the rooms were so clean, I want to move in. We had laundry facilities (free) under our room so it was convenient and I came home w/ clean clothes and the patio we had to our 1 bdrm was huge, secluded and the outside shower was so nice. I loved the room. Clean, clean and clean. The only negative and it is a peeve of mine is cloth or microfiber couches and sofas, that trap dust. I know I prefer leather or vinyl, because it's easier to wash and keep clean but the room is clean, not dusty, the service was impecable. They helped us with directions, ideas and restaurant recommendations. I really give the staff and grounds an A+++++ . I will be back. The room was more than I thought. Free internet, easy parking, restaurants and a grocery store 1/4 mile away. (Kroger brand-Ralphs, all my Kroger coupons worked) LOL, but no restaurant or bar on premises, so what buy your own alcohol and make your own drinks, that is what it seemed everyone did. Also you can bring floats to the pools although the pools are not huge, but multiple pools. I'd go back tomorrow.
This is an excellent place to stay in Palm Desert. The staff and facilities are excellent. The rooms are large and modern. However, there is no restaurant or bar on premise. Not a problem for us. There are many dining opportunities within a short drive. We really enjoyed our vacation.
