No microwave oven or coffee maker in the room. Only a very noise fridge. When we arrived the room was super cold and the heater took a long time to heat up the room. Furthermore the property has a very illogical numbering system for their room. We were on room 39 which is on the back of the property on the First floor! The office clerk didn't even bother to tell us so after walking around trying to find the room we went back and ask for help. Who would guess that 39 is not on the third floor???? This is also a very old property, not fancy or elegant. But the property decided to charge us and extra $5 for parking. We stayed for two nights and our room was not serviced at all. Staff was not friendly at all. We do not recommend this property.
This cottage like hotel is perfect! Great location! Pool was awesome! Quant and cute! Definitely will stay here again!

My wife and I are long-time fans of the Inn. Reservations are easy, check-ins are efficient and the staff are always helpful. This time around, I had to park my car on the premises for two nights in between two back-to-back visits to the Inn. The staff were quite accommodative, only asking that I use the back lot. This is just an example of their wanting to help. The on-going construction next to the property has been a challenge, and we appreciated again the breakfast coupons for Jeanines.
We got to our room late at night probably 11pm and realized after using the bathroom that the toilet wasn't flushing at all. We told them about the problem 3 times and were unable to fix the problem. Had to use the bathroom outside by the pool (mind you it was raining that weekend). They moved us to a new room the following night. When i checked out I asked for a refund for the first night. they said they were unable to issue anything because we booked through orbitz. When we called orbitz, they said the hotel wouldn't allow them to refund us and there was nothing they could offer us. It was a total nightmare! I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I ever book through orbitz again because there is no accountability!
Went on my honeymoon and wow what a beautiful hotel and relaxing place. When I come back I will definitely stay here again

Thank you for the feedback. However, we respectfully disagree. We do not advertise having coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. That being said we can microwave items upon requests, and coffee and tea amenities are available 24hours a day in the office. Our heating and coolings systems work very effectively, and generally cool or heat a room within 5-10 minutes of correctly setting the temperature. Additionally, we inform all of our guest where room locations are upon checkin, we do not assume guest know where rooms are located. We are an older property built in 1935 and as such, we do not claim to be fancy or elegant. Our property and rooms are indicative of the 1935 cottage style era. More importantly, all room types and property are accurately depicted with photos on all websites. We did not decide to charge $5 for parking, it is an advertised fee associated with all reservations. We have an overnight shift that patrols the property and helps ensure the benefits of an overnight employee presence. Housekeeping services rooms with guest consent only. This is communicated at check-in, and in in the event of a misunderstanding, we have it printed in all rooms in our Important General Information sheet. We do not try to mislead or misinform our guests. We adhere to a high standard of excellent guest services, and are always trying to improve on our "4.2 Very Good" property rating by Orbirtz.com.
