Great location! So close to the beach. Loved the added touch of wine and cheese in the lobby at night, it wasn’t anything fancy but was fun to stop and do on our way out to walk the beach and get dinner.
Great location! Directly across the beach. Free parking, when available. Happy Hour with firepit lounge area. Came with 2 kids and our puppy and the 2bedroom/2bath w/kitchen suite was perfect.
Room accessible from the street felt unsafe. Noisy, cracking walls and ceiling, loud neighbor. Couldnt see usb chargers or wall power outlet.

What i liked about staying here is how close we were to the beach and state street. What i didn't like, was that we didn't get the room we originally booked which was one room with two queen beds (never book through orbitz without calling first). Instead we ended up with one queen bed and had to share. Also, there were a lot of drain flies that i had to kill and at some point just gave up since more just kept coming back.
Everything about our stay here was great. The only reason I didn’t give it an Excellent rating is because it didn’t have air conditioning, which we didn’t realize when we booked, so sleeping was difficult. I think that should be more prominent in a hotel’s description.
There is no AC in the room, but it’s ok at night, good location, friendly staff
Close to the water. Good restaurants close. it is a bit older and it shows. Parking is not great.

Nice small older hotel very near the beach. The location and staff are great. The hotel has a homey feel with a happy hour in the evening and nice simple breakfast. I would recommend.
