The room was very clean! Very refreshing when we walked in the room! The bed was very comfortable and dressed with new sheets and nice blanket. The bathroom was very clean with new fixtures and very nice towels. Room included a very nice & working refrigerator/ freezer & also a nice microwave & coffee pot. The room was small but clean & for the price & all the amenities I was very satisfied! The outside was adorable with porch chairs and tables for enjoying the outdoors! I would definitely stat there again!

The place was solid for the price and convenience for why I stayed there this weekend. Only minor concern was the door needs to be pulled hard or pushed to securely close the door. I had my bicycle in the room and after going to dinner with my parents, I walked to the room to find the door open. Luckily the Oasis Inn is fairly safe and my bicycle along with other valuables were untouched. Other than this concern regarding the door, my stay was great. Would come back! Just a different room and door 😅

There are a decent amount of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are cameras throughout the property. We found parking easily. They have a lot of seating outdoors. The rooms came with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is cool.

There are around 20 motels available in the immediate area of the Oasis on outer State Street. Most all are budget motels, with significantly less expensive room rates. I choose the Oasis due to higher ratings on Expedia. Dumb choice. Room was clean, but nothing special. Parking was limited. Room key mechanism was broken, had to wait outside the room for 25 minutes. Late evening there was dog poop in the parking lot, which unfortunately found my shoe. In short, another average budget motel, but priced 50 percent higher. Don't bother.
