Well-maintained quaint property with convenient parking and easy walk to the beach. Windows open! Hard to find these days, but we were able to let in the ocean air. Ceiling fans in the room as well. Kind staff. Nice breakfast and breakfast space.

Great location for exploring santa barbara. Car parking on site. The room we stayed in could do with refurbishing, but was fine overall. Great breakfast selection and super friendly staff on the desk. Glad we stayed here instead of a 'cheaper' hotel further away from downtown.

Not a good place to stay if you want to get away. The room I stayed was stuffy and damp. I turned on the ac and set it on high but the ac did not blow air as it should. Very weak. I called front desk and they sent someone to check it out but he couldn't fix it. I opened the windows but the hotel is located next to a big street and all night you could hear loud cars and motorcycles. It was one of the worst stays I have had. Vacations are for getting away and relaxing. This is not a good place to stay if you want to do this
