Great location near the Marina and the beach. Easy walk to State Street with all of the action, and easy walk to the beach. Tucked into a neighborhood, has a bed and breakfast feel. We went on Saturday 7/12 and the young man at the front desk was VERY hospitable and welcoming. Gave great restaurant recommendations which were spot on. There was free onsite parking which we were able to use. Our room had a balcony and fireplace. Everything was perfect.

I really don't where to start...This has been the BEST stay I've had at a hotel in the states! Sky was absolutely AMAZING!!! She provided excellent customer service and support. Charles was also very helpful and kind to me and all of the guests who checked in. The ambiance at this lovely boutique hotel was unmatched! The included breakfast was consistently delicious! And the beach...no words. If you are lucky enough to book a stay at the Eagle Inn I would highly recommend it! I'll be back for sure!

I liked the location. The room is pretty large. Free parking. The breakfast is nice. I visited when egg prices were at an all time high. What I didn’t like room had a mildew odor , i bought Lysol to reduce the smell it worked for about 15 -30 minutes. I had room with “ soaking tub” although it had jets most didn’t work. And seems there is No intention to repair. Evening Guest Services guy was 5Star service! !

Was clean and well located. It has a parking lot but that can get full so you might have to park on the street which was safe enough. Breakfast is included but there are also tons of food options within walking distance since it close to the Funk zone, the pier and the beach. Its got an old fashioned vibe which may not be everyone's cup of tea but thats more a personal preference than a ding.

We really enjoyed our stay! So easy to walk to beach and great restaurants! The inn was well decorated and the building and grounds very pretty. The breakfast was special with the daily new dish. The presentation of breakfast from the outdoor patio to the indoor dining room was amazing. You could even have it delivered to your room. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area, especially Peter! Great customer service by all!
