We were able to relax very well in this hotel. And the breakfast in the morning was great. I will return to this hotel again.

Over all cleanliness excellent. Bed was very comfortable yet bathroom too small and wish they would have had a better breakfast selection. Some bacon instead of dry and hard bisquets and gravy.

Beds were squeaky and only full size. Room was very small and cramped.

Ok motel. The bathroom is really small! AC system is very noisy. The room was clean. The price seems a little steep for a motel of this age.

great place for the price. comfortable, quiet...small, but cozy and clean. we will definitely stay here again.

only thing was the toilet was like a child size commode and was very low to the ground -- I had a knee injury and hard to -- well you know .. get up and down ... ask for a full size commode when you check in-- close to several walking distance restaurants..

A pleasant little place to stay. The room was comfortable, if a little small but, overall nice.

The location was excellent for the Santa Barbara area. The neighborhood was safe but not great for restaurants. Parking was conveniten and safe. The room was small for 3 people but the beds were great. The bathroom was quite small but clean and functional. The breakfast was good but did not include any meat. The overall ambience was good, safe with a bit of charm in the breakfast area. The price was exceptional for the Santa Barbara area.

The room was just what we needed to get some rest.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. But the wireless internet was too slow.

Room had frig, micro, coffee, tea, iron and board, hair dryer, comfortable bed. Excellent assortment of breakfast foods, friendly workers. Excellent pool and towels avail poolside. Did not rent car and bus service nearby on State St. Numerous places to eat within walking distance and a Trader Joes next door to purchase food. Senior fare on bus was just $.85

cheap clean hotel, you get what you pay for. There are others in the area that are a bit more, but better value.

It is very clean for an older hotel. But the beds were horribly uncomfortable. It is the smallest toilet/shower combo in the world. We have decided not to stay here on our next trip to Santa Barbara.

Room very clean, bed comfortable, staff accomodating. Breakfast offered a very nice variety and was plentiful.

There was a normal, simple motel. No space to keep your luggage until check in, internet super slow but what do want of it? Two blankets for three persons prepared as always and very loud air conditioner. Everything else I must say was OK. Thank you for that guys, you earned you your 3+.

perfectly clean.... centrally located to everything...the beach ...shopping... farmers market...dining....the staff was so great... coffee and tea in the room.. and also available 24 hours a day in the lobby which was also full of comfort ... the only thing bad for me was the toilet was so low to the ground and so small. .. I've never seen such a teeny tiny commode before and having arthritis in both legs.. well.... definitely ask for a room with a regular taller toilet.. felt like I was in Europe having to hover over a hole on the floor..... but everything else was perfection...I would definitely stay there every time.. out of the 11 hotels I stayed in during my vacation -- this is NUMBER ONE.

The room was very nice! Wasn't expecting such a nice room at such a low price/deal. Continental breakfast was also very nice with a nice selection of waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, etc.

When I first checked in, the desk help was very informative, knowledgeable, and professional; surprising for a quaint little apartment-like hotel such as this. While conveniently located next to State Street, I didn't here any street noise, which was much appreciated after a long day of driving. A nice, complete breakfast was available, as well - complete with make-them-yourself (from BATTER!) waffles. Felt cozy, just like I was at home.

First night back on the town after deployment. Great room, free breakfast, and wonderful staff.

Room was small, but OK. Bathroom was teeny tiny, but shower was fine. It was under $100 so not too bad for a one night stay.
