My sister and I loved staying at this property for our first trip to Santa Barbara. What a gem! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was perfect for us. They were very pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us, as we were traveling with our pets. Yes, as other reviews have stated, the room was a bit small, but that did not detract from our positive experience at all. Highly recommend.
Great location. Clean hotel. Rooms are very small though.
The rooms are tiny. Like a closet. The queen bed fills the entire room and you hit your shins on the bed frame all the time. Also, it is RIGHT NEXT TO the train station so be prepared to be woken up early every morning by many, many loud train whistles as well as whistles throughout the day and night. The patio was cute though but even smaller than the room.
Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms are on the very small side due to it being a boutique style hotel. Space is used efficiently. No elevator for people, but only one flight of stairs. No movies or entertainment available if you just want to relax in room. Beds are very comfortable. Outside lounging area is very nice. Great walking distance to beach, dining and shopping. Price is up there, but very reasonable for location and niceness. Parking was ridiculously expensive if you wanted to park in the extremely small lot next to the hotel. It was cheaper if you wanted to park blocks away and carry all of your belongings.
