My husband and I are both handicapped and the door we used to get to our room, had a step that was not clearly visible. I fell on my hip and dropped the items I was carrying in. very dangerous.

It was a lovely structure and clean. We requested early check-in.The staff said they would call when the room was ready, which they did. We said we would be there in 45 minutes. On arriving in less than 45 minutes we found our room had been given to some other party. We had been on a run and needed a shower. It was a great inconvenience. We were visiting family to watch the Super Bowl and had to go to their house unshowered.

Convenient location close to UCSB. Room is spacious with living room, kitchen and dining area. Only one complaint, the sofa bed in the living room is terrible.
