The staff was accommodating. The hotel was very clean, had a very nice scent, close to the Beaches. Located in very a clean, safe, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved Mason Inn. The room was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect, right by the waters and 8 min walk from state street/downtown. We would definely come back.
Arrived to find out that orbitz charged me $130 on top of what the hotel was going to charge me. No extra bedding available for a room that “sleeps 4”. Room was not clean at all. The bed was slept in before and bedding wasn’t changed and there was hair on the pillows. Shower was clogged . The room was described as being renovated in 2020.... trust me, stay somewhere else. My kids and i left the hotel feeling itchy all day and don’t know what if it was from. They do nothing to accommodate at the hotel and repeatedly told me to “take it up with the orbitz”.
Loved the decor of this cute beach chic inn! Our room had lofted ceilings which was fantastic. The only complaint I had was the windows need to be sound proofed. Any conversation outside was heard word for word and the occasional train would roll by. Being your earplugs!

I was saddened to hear that your stay was not up to the high expectations that many have come to expect when staying with us.
