The halls were dirty. I found a dirty napkin in front of my door and I kicked it to the next door, 2 day later when I left it was still there. There were crusty finger marks on door handles, furniture and the glass window was very dirty. The room was dusty and the floor was not clean, there was dusty bunnies here and there. There was not a singled water bottle. We usted to leave early and come back late just to sleep, I wouldn't like to spend a whole day in there.

There were greasy finger marks all over the room. The floors were very dusty, the rug was dirty with crumbs and dust. The glass sliding door for the balcony was all smudged as if it was wiped with a dirty rag, as well as the bathroom sliding door, all the handels had a thick crust of muck dustbunnies everywhere.

The location.

This was a really nice, well-appointed property with a beautiful, large pool. There was also a cute waterfall fountain by the pool. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed our interactions with the restaurant staff, including Luisa. The beds were extremely comfy. It was an overall great experience with just some minor inconveniences (water entered our room somehow and we were quickly upgraded to a room w/a pool view). It's in a busy area of Mission Valley near 2 freeways and there was freeway noise during the day but it was fairly quiet at night with the balcony door closed (in our pool-view room at least). We appreciate the hospitality and would definitely book this hotel again!

Balcony with a city view turned out to be a "mini balcony" with a view of the roofs around. No view whatsoever. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.

Great place to stay, very clean!

I did not like having the options to choose my view and additional special instructions (like double bed) to check in and be told that this is the "pool view" (behind a large tree) and there are no guarantees for special instructions when booking through a 3rd party.

Smart tv which I like it most and welcoming services.

I had to call the front desk 4 times between 1030pm and 2am - constant loud music, screaming, parties, etc. At one point I stuck my head into the hall to figure out where the noise was coming from (it was all over) and the entire hallway smelled like weed. Definitely one of the worst Marriott experiences I've had. I pay more to stay at a Marriott for comfort, I did not get it here.

You have to pay 29.00 per day for parking! To expensive. Because of Covid less staff which I understand, you had to ask for your room to be serviced.

We liked that it had clean and friendly staff and facilities. didn't like that we had to pay for parking on top of our rooms charge. Resurant was pretty limited you would think with a property that size you would have a full size restaurant . and that a lot of the amenities were still closed due to California's COVID rules

Overall very nice hotel. Only downfall is 29$/day parking and no jacuzzi available.

When I booked the reservation no where on the site did it mention that parking was $29 but when I made the reservation I guess the parking was included, but still $29 is very high considering it’s a Marriott and it’s not near any points of interests. There is a good amount of parking but the parking spots are very narrow and we were driving a big truck (Dodge Ram 2500) so we had to park very far away from everyone and take two spots. Upon entering the hotel it was clean and so was our room, the only thing that was wrong in our room was that after we showered we turned it off and it leaked all night hitting a metal pan that’s on the floor and even after closing the bathroom door we could still hear it and hearing that while trying to sleep can be annoying... Also, you need your room key to get in and out of the parking lot and don’t forget to take a key with you when you check out or you’re going to be stuck in there LOL

Very clean, very nice remodeled hotel, high facility. Excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I've traveled a lot, and this was hands down one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff was super helpful, the hotel was clean, there were tons of guest amenities, and the location was super easy to get to and the view from the balcony was stunning. This hotel will for sure be the hotel I stay at when I am in San Diego.

This was a really nice, well-appointed property with a beautiful, large pool. There was also a cute waterfall fountain by the pool. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed our interactions with the restaurant staff, including Luisa. The beds were extremely comfy. It was an overall great experience with just some minor inconveniences (water entered our room somehow and we were quickly upgraded to a room w/a pool view).
