I received room 1522, the room next to the ice machine. I didn't mind it. But there was something in the bed that kept biting for two days. I told the hotel staff that there may be bed bugs, but he said I would not be itchy if bed bugs were in the room. I asked for the sheets to be changed but I still was itching with bites the whole second night I was there. I stayed there a few times over the past years, and this was the only time I had that problem there, or any other hotel.

Nice hotel and fantastic views of the shore. Great experience.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, convenient activities, & friendly staff.

Great room with near perfect location. Close to the gas lamp bars and the train for the big game. Go Raiders

Very pleasant. Location was plus with shops out back and everything within close distance to walk too. Hope to revisit again.

Fantastic location! Excellent room and accommodations. Can walk everywhere. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Staying at the Manchester was an overall excellent experience. The hotel is flawless and the location is perfection. Our suite was clean, modern, and spacious. The views of the bay and battle ships are quite amazing. Aside from our room, the facilities are very nice. The fourth floor pool and hottub is an extravagant layout, great design meets breathtaking views. The pillars make you feel like you are bathing amongst the romans. Next time I am back in town I will definitely be staying in the signature suite again with my best friends or family. Cheers!

The Hotel was great. There were a few things that they could improve on. We needed laundry facilities but they didn't have any on the premises which seemed odd, first Hotel I have ever stayed out without some sort of in house laundry. Parking was not very convenient either. We had a car topper on top of our suburban and would not fit in self park so we had to valet park out an outrageous $47 per day plus tip. We ended up parking in the adjacent Seaport village parking one night for free. Most Hotels offer a lot with the stay like free continental breakfast or microwave in room but everything, and I mean everything was extra here and not cheap.

The location of the hotel is good. Dining and shopping are within walking distance. Tram station is also nearby. Staff are friendly and polite. Room is clean and with a good view. It's a pleasant stay.

Outstanding experience all the way around. Beautiful hotel right next to seaport village.

Grand view of harbor but just an average hotel. Lobby beautiful but rooms are ordinary. Our room was not cleaned 2 out of 5 days, so had to call down for clean towels. I expected more from this "grand" hotel.

Great location, close to ammenities, beach, restaurants and bars. Very accommodating staff

The room was great, clean and had a beautiful view. This was by far one of nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Loved it!

Fantastic location - walking distance to Gas Lamp district, restaurants, clubs and the Seaport are right there. To see the ships sailing from the Coast Guard and Navy stations is a site to be seen. Used Uber for quick transportation to beaches, Sea World etc. Coronado is just a ferry ride away - The hotel itself is well run. There is a Grab and Go in the lobby that had super healthy choices - not just junk food. My room overlooked the bay - what a view!! Complimentary bottled water in the room was very welcomed as was the Starbucks coffee. Bed was super comfy - Mostly, I'd like to compliment the maid service - sparkly clean and fresh upon my return every day. Turn down service with chocolates always made me smile. Thank you!

Great experience. Loved the location. Close to the airport as well.

Loved the location and the club level that we stayed. One suggestion is to mix up the food offerings for breakfast (doughnuts) and snacks (kettle corn, different flavors for cookies like oatmeal or peanut butter).

This hotel is beautiful. The grand hallway is really impressive. We are from Las Vegas and are quite accustomed to really great accommodations and this hotel made us feel very much at home. The views are amazing and the location can't be beat. The pool is a lot of fun and comes with a nice fire pit for warming up after a night swim. The hotel has lots of great food inside but the gaslight district is in walking distance and is a Mecca of foods. We love it here!

From check-in to check-out I couldn't have asked for more. The reservation person was attentive and gave me an upgrade which was wonderful. Beautiful views from my room and from the hotel's Top of the Hyatt bar/restaurant. I did not eat there but enjoyed a beverage with friends and the bar staff were great. I was attending a conference so spent many hours in the hotel. Plenty of beverages for the attendees along with mints and a very clean environment. Club level breakfast was outstanding but I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the evening "happy hour" there. I ate at one of the Hotel's restaurants, Sally's on the Water and the food was great. Overall loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt. It's walking distance to the seaport village, USS Midway Museum, the Gaslamp district etc. The only regret we have was renting a car. We could've Uber our way around and saved money on car rental and hotel parking fee.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and it won't be our last. We stayed in a standard room with 2 queen-sized beds and it couldn't be anymore perfect. It was relaxing with a great view of downtown and the marina and beach. Even though our stay was short we made a point to swim with our daughter in the family pool as they have 2 pools on different floors, one for adults and the other for those with children. I also like that the hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great place to stay when visiting downtown San Diego.
