Beautiful resort style hotel

The location is amaizing . The hotel Is very big. It has options to eat and move walking to many places

The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we pulled up until we checked out. The location was beautiful with stellar views of the water. Walkable to the gaslamp district for dinner. Rooms are a good size. Hotel was very clean.

Jazzy at Reception was Amazing. The computer system went down and check was backed up but everyone did the very best they could given the unfortunate circumstances. Would love to stay again

I expected a little nicer room, but overall it was great!

Very walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. Pool is very nice as well as seaport village.

Very disappointed in this stay, considering all the extra CHARGES AND FEES that were tacked onto the initial price. PARKING WAS $40 PER DAY!!! The pillows were horrible...small and flimsy. Toilet paper...horrible...too thin. The elevators are inadequate to handle all the guests, especially during peak check-out periods. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. We WILL NOT stay here again.

Easy check in and really clean. Staff was really nice.

not as impressed with the other Hyatt location I have stayed in the past

Fantastic Location

Staff very friendly and helpful The room was incredible with an awesome view

I had a late check in and the evening staff was very accommodating and gracious. The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful… I would stay here again

Clean. Perfect location. Great cleaning service.

Great location - walkable to many spots downtown. Staff was wonderful. This is one of the first places I've stayed where I felt like I actually got something for my resort fee. All kind of cool freebies included.

I will come back for sure

Great location for a weekend stay-cation to celebrate our birthdays. Even though we are locals, the Grand Hyatt let's us experience San Diego in a whole new light. The cocktail bar on the 40th floor is a great way to start your night and there are tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The adults only roof top pool is the perfect place to relax during the day and soak up the sun.
