I have stayed at this property in the past and I must say it has changed for the worse. My room was on the east side at building entrance A, every single time we would exit the facility there would be people standing around the exit & parking lot doing very shady things. Example loading tires & rims onto a luggage cart, people on the phones at all hours of the night, a person wondering the grass area by the exit yelling, screaming, and talking to only his self. Dogs in the back of a truck all night guarding who knows what, every time anyone walked with in 5 feet of the truck again parked at the entrance & exit of the building the dog would bark in the most savage way and attempt to leap out at you while being chained to the truck. The door next to our room was always propped open and every time we came & went a man would pop his head out and watch us come & go and not say a word. Reported all this to the front desk staff which didn’t seem to be effected by the information nor offered any resolution or comment. Needless to say it’ll be our last stay at this location.

Property was very clean - my room had some issues that had not been addressed after mentioning it to the front desk three times.

We were here for a family vacation and it became very apparent that the hotel was not going to be as family oriented as we had hoped. We arrived a Thursday night to be greeted by a group of five individuals smiling at the front door to the lobby. With my baby and two toddlers in tow, we walked past the cloud of cigarettes into a lobby that smelled like the cigarettes from outside. At around midnight we were woken up by two arguing individuals who were in the hallways yelling at each other. Friday we arrived from sea world around six in the afternoon to be greeted at the hotel drop off by three police patrols. They were trying to diffuse a situation. Amazing for my kids to hear and see. Saturday morning we awoke to find the trash can that we parked next to had been overturned and rummaged and left on top of our truck bed. Which we are charged for parking at the hotel. Very secure and clean I inquired about the tenants staying at the hotel as it became very apparent that the four star hotel was not living up to expectations and reviews. The hotel was being contracted by the government for low income housing. Nothing I’m against but naturally this changes the dynamics of a family oriented facility. I’d like to be contacted regarding the misguided reviews, quality and charges of a hotel that was experienced as a motel.

Clean, quiet, and a good location. We didn’t want to be right downtown or on hotel circle but still wanted to be close to the highway. Didn’t get a chance to experience the amenities but the Hotel was nice and the rooms are a really good size for the price

After being moved rooms. I fell asleep I’m such a nice cozy bed I even literally said it was like sleeping on clouds until I woke up the next morning and I was covered in ants. So needless to say I didn’t spend much time there.

Expansive layout, large room, accommodating staff.

WiFi did not work in my room and either did my cell service (for streaming) so every time I had to look something up I had to come downstairs. Otherwise the hotel was great! Clean, large rooms.

I like the property for its architectural design: the wide, open air hallways, large rooms. I like the country-like setting of the hotel: the open green-brown areas around the hotel with an abundance of trees, grass, shrubbery, bird, and rabbits. I like the local Asian restaurants, which might be the best in diversity and quality that I have seen in any U.S. City. I love the central access: it is minutes from downtown, the harbor, the beaches and bays, the stadium, the zoo and Balboa Park, the diversity and quality of the shopping, and the mountains, the border, and the desert.

This property is way bigger than expected, the gift shop didn’t have gifts to get, coffee machine at the gift shop was broke, I didn’t get a rental car because I had to pay for parking on the property, they changed my room to something I didn’t want did not tell me until I checked in. Breakfast is the same food everyday, they should try to change it up,

Desk clerk lady that check me in was unfriendly rude. She ran me off I won’t stay there again had a problem in the room Maintenance change the light bulb left it in the room with the with the cover off and unprofessional.

Open space. The corridors are wide open. Beds are comfortable.

Property needs renovations. Bathroom sink in our room was cracked and the fan was dangling from the ceiling. Cob webs brushed across our heads until I caught a maid and requested they clean above the entry to our room. Beds were hard. Room HVAC left the room sticky but still warm. Room included breakfast for two but we were only issued a single ticket so I had to return to the check in counter prior to our server seating us for breakfast as she was unable to help with the situation. Breakfast buffet was prepared at 7 and not replaced through the service window, wasn’t worth the hassle. Worst stay I’ve ever experienced at a Sheraton property.

Convenient and located in an area close to Target, Costco and other restaurants nearby for some quick last minute items.

I stayed at the four points because they had a shuttle to/from the airport and to the class I was attending the next day. They no longer have the shuttle to the airport but i did get a ride to my class because it was less than 5 miles. I would have stayed at the hotel across the street from my class if I had known this ahead of time.

This was close to the location I needed to get to, it was clean and staff was super helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Very open hotel with lots of rooms. Close to the zoo & also allowed early check ins with a 24 hour front desk we were able to check out very early as well
