The staff is great. The hotel.is very family friendly with a large pool to play in.

Room was nice. A/C was a bit noisy. Property area could use some updating. Good value.

we were given a room facing the high way and it was terribly noisy. lots of people outside until late at night making noise. security not very good. rooms were ok, outdated but not a bad place to sleep.

Stayed here for a second time and enjoyed our stay once again. Close to everything in San Diego. Property has everything you need for a reasonable price and is pet friendly. My only complaint is that the tv this time around was practically worthless, it was set soo dark you couldnt watch anything, some channels had no sound, and the remote was unusable. I would recommend fixing that issue since its a very easy adjustment.

The hotel was more of a MOTEL vibe. I thought it was going to be much better than it was. Pictures are deceiving. It’s pretty old and run down despite the recent “renovation”

Nice and quiet great for the fam

Convenient location

I like the location tucked away but close to major attractions. I loved the pool and hot tub and the hours it was open. We got a free upgrade. Check in was quick and easy

Beautiful clean rooms, great pool, friendly staff

It was in a good location everything was close by. And friendly staf

We visited during the week so there were not many people there and it felt like we had the entire hotel to ourself at times. The pool was big and enjoyable, the property wasn't crowded which was nice. We had a great room toward the back of the hotel next door to a golf course. The room was nice with high ceilings and a wrap-around balcony and windows that run almost the length of the room. A little on the small side overall, but had everything we needed to be comfortable including a small refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Lots of plugs for devices. Pet fee was reasonable. Price was good. An in-room microwave would have been nice but they have one available up front to use if needed. Our only issue if we had any, was that there were some crumbs here and there from the previous guests, some old stains on the drapes and tucked behind the tv was a used towel and scrunchie. Easily overlooked, I only found it because I was looking for an outlet near the tv. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would book here again.

Just need to sleep after driving late to the airport. Checked in at 2am out by 7am…We upgraded to room (premium bedding) but ants where crawling all over one bed. Carpets where dirty food crumbs everywhere… found soda caps right under bed and hair tie… so clearly nobody cleaned room!!!

The location is great. However, there were not many amenities. Then staffs are not too accomodating.

Run down, older look, definitely not worth $300 a night!

Very clean and comfortable.

The price was right. Close to room parking available and not over crowded. Great pool. No pillow cases on pillows. Blood stain on uncased pillow. Skimped on towels. No towels at pool one of the days. Room a bit dusty. Housekeeping knocked on door and attempted entry with key between 8-9 every morning waking us up. Don't they have a list of occupied rooms? It seemed a bit early to disturb vacationing guests. Staff responded quickly to requests to remedy issues.

Decent pool

Needed a place to stay because of arriving on a late flight. I traveled with 3 small kids and 3 luggages (and a car seat). Check in was easy and fast and the luggage trolley was helpful to get to the building where the room was but then we were given a room at the end of the property on the second floor with no elevator. So I had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs taking luggage and kids up/down at nearly midnight. Other than that, the room served it’s purpose but I wouldn’t stay there again.
