Disgusting. Run!!!!!!
This hotel was listed as the closest hotel to the venue we were visiting but it was such a run down, disgusting property, we did not stay there. While parking my car, I was very leary as the property was filthy outside and homeless people were lingering in fifferent areas. We still went up (3rd floor) as as we walked to room 327 we saw so much filth, doors that looked kicked in and a/c units rusted and damaged. The inside was just as bad. The shoeer was filthy and the toilet was in need of replacement. This property can only be described as GHETTO! We left and decided to make the 2 hour drive home rather than staying in San Diego after our concert. This hotel honestly ruined our trip as we had plans for the following day but could NOT stay here.

Prejudice and Thieves They told us the system was down then soon as we walked away they checked a white woman in we asked her did they check her in she said yes so we went back to the window I made my reservation through Expedia the said they canceled my reservation because there was no room and they still charged me if it don’t get my money back I’m gonna sue

Unsafe dirty drugs drug dealers prostitution not a good place at all I didn’t even stay I checked in saw the room after passing the hookers and guys smoking weed in the parking lot and just turned in the keys and drove all the way home 2 1/2 hours

Do not book here, unless you want to catch something that will take 7-10 days of heavy medication to get rid of! This place is flat out gross. Floors are dirty, hair in the sinks and the smell of cigarette smoke lingers everywhere. Lord knows what a black light would show in this place. The facilities are in poor condition. The front desk clerk was completely rude and barely even bothered to discuss where the room was located, how the parking worked and how check out worked. Seriously do not stay here.

The room was nothing like the pictures. Why have a kitchen if not going to provide items to us, plates cooking pots etc… One of the main reason I choose this place was the kitchen so I didn’t have to spend a lot of take out ended up have to go out. Night staff not so friendly returned the key guy just threw it in the desk and said ok no thank you for choosing us. I don’t normally complain but yeah I don’t think I’ll come back to stay

I've stayed at alot of hotel's. With that said, this is a Wyndham owned property located in San Diego taboot. So much to note in a review. For starters, alot of trash in the parking lot ie; oil bottles, trash. Rooms are not clean. The head boards were filthy. Curtains had holes, the a/c wasn't mounted properly with air flow from outside. Bedding sheets were clean, but the actual blankets were thin with seemed to be cigg burn holes. Overall the housekeeping needs to be improved immensely by management. If there's no money in the budget to upgrade the facility then the upkeep should be 5 star level. To have paid $400 for two nights comparably to other surrounding hotel's, I wouldn't have stayed here. Don't except much staying here. I knew what I had just committed to so I owned the decision and stayed. Honestly, we all make mistakes and this was a lesson learned. Take your chances and stay here or choose another hotel and sleep sound spending a couple hundred dollars more elsewhere. Trust!

the facility was advertised as non smoking but the whole place smelled awful of stale smoke and marijuana. we never could get the smell out of the bathroom even leaving the door open the whole time; there was no fan in there. we paid for a kitchenette suite, it only had a mini fridge and microwave tucked in a corner. the toilet didn’t flush, you had to open the tank and pull the lever every time. there was hair all over in the shower and the handle fell off every time you touched it. there was no remote so we couldn’t watch tv, tried to call the front desk to tell them but the phone in the room didn’t work. we stayed for 2 nights, the elevator was broken one of the days. we checked out a day early, i’m hoping to get a refund. i’m very disappointed, it’s nothing like the photos advertised on the website.

Terrible maintenance. Water all around the elevador. Breakfast area not well kept and very limited food choices. There was someone holding a “garage sale” in the garage. Staff was friendly which was the only nice thing about the place. Weird smell in room and all around the place. People living there which makes it noisy at all times; one of those “residents” was looking for their dog in the middle of the night after letting the dog out to use the bathroom. Very dissatisfying experience.

I really like the room with the kitchenette, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable pillows were not. The man checking me in was matter of fact and argued about the room I requested when we went to the room and it wasn’t what I had paid for which was the 2 bed kitchenette and went back to the office to have it corrected. I requested service one day to have the trash emptied, bed made and fresh towels. Got back to the room late that night and nothing was done. Was on the phone requesting clean towels, toilet paper and trash bags so we could empty our trash. They said it was miscommunication, I’m assuming on their part since I was perfectly clear with what I was requesting. The next day was better with my request, however, kept leaving 2 bath towels with 3 people in the room. It was quit comical watching my husband dry off with a hand towel. The first time we stayed was excellent which is why we stayed again this time not so much! The location is convenient for me and the area was comfortable. I did see a homeless individual, however sadly that’s everywhere anymore. My first time the review would have been excellent this time unfortunately my experience was far from acceptable for what we pay for a room we hardly occupy. Hopefully if we choose to try again the service we receive will be more like the first stay then the second.

The sheets and the towels looked clean. However, there was a very bad smell in the room that didn’t go away even though I left the window open for four days. The parking is extremely difficult in that area and my TV never worked for four days, however, I had an Amazon package delivered to that hotel, which I received And I was happy about it. If you come late at night, the reception is closed and you have to talk with the staff through a window in the parking basement breakfast is provided but it was not appealing enough to convince me to eat anything however, the pool area looked very nice , but I didn’t get a chance to go there since it was raining they can really do a little better. The kitchen area in the room did not win my trust so I tried to stay away from it do something about the smell in the room.

We paid extra for a kitchen room, only to arrive and get tolt that there were no cooking utensils, pans or dishes available. There was a sign on the bathroom mirror that said the room would be refreshed every 3 days. It didn't happen and the desk informed us that we had to ask for service. We asked and it still didn't happen. Breakfast was mediocre and the other guests were hauling out as much food as they could carry. Stay Away!
