The only good thing about the property was the location. That being said, I’ve stayed at several properties in this area that were much better options for the price point.

Fair— TV wouldn’t stay on - Would go off and on. Plugs were Loose- our chargers wouldn’t stay in well.

There was a 15 dollar a night parking fee that they didn't tell me about when I booked. Not cool

With everything going on, they have a great plan in place to make everything run as smooth as possible. Rooms were clean and nice. Front desk was very helpful. The only downside was paying nightly to park. Don't fret Orbitz, the girl checking me in apologized for you.

Dirty hotel horrible parking dirty parking area people doing narcotics in the parking lot, Sewer pipes leaking in parking garage on top of cars and people. I had to change my room three times due to unsanitary conditions. Do not stay here!!!

They advertise free breakfast but all what you receive is a bottle of water and one tiny muffin. They charge $15 parking fee but there is a plenty free parking on the side of the road. Unfortunately, they don’t offer it as alternative. The water in the pool is freezing cold. Pull up bed mattress is horrible. Feels like you sleep on the springs.

I ask the front desk for towels and never get them. Not a good breakfast.

Not too bad. Nice beds but in a terrible location

This hotel was not what I expected! I read so many positive reviews I trusted it would be a good stay for the price. It was just OK since we only needed it for one night (I would’ve gone somewhere else if we were to stay longer). Hard to sleep at night since the freeway is right next to the hotel. Pool was murky/dirty and it smelled so we could t go swimming. Refrigerator and drawers had stuff left in them from previous stayers; I’m just glad the beds were clean. Practically the entire hotel smelled like weed (even though the entire place is smoke-free facility). Will not stay here in the future.

The room we stayed in could of been more clean they need to be redone, the pool was cool but to many tweekers around there gives the place a bad look. Staff at front office could of been nicer. Housekeeping very nice ladies.

Nastiest dirty room I have EVER stayed on. I had to call the front seat 3 times asking for somebody to come clean the dirty room and no one still showed up so I had to go ask for cleaning supplies before the finally sent someone to clean it.

Nice once your inside the room, quite a few homeless in the Peking garage also a hidden $15 parking charge.

Liked that there was a free park option. Comfy bed! Great breakfast but crowded!

The rooms are decent size and clean. I came for check in at 3.00 and the rooms were not available until 4.00 after following up multiple times. If we do the same thing at check out we will be charged extra

The hot tub was a very nice amenity. Room was good and clean. The staff however were inconsistent on whether or not they have a shuttle to the airport. Some thought they did when asked, others said only for Marine graduation parents that booked through a particular organization. Also, it would be great if they'd figure out how to have the lobby exterior doors close on cold days. Most of the time it was quite cold in the lobby.

Toilet/tub area really small....and we had terrible upstairs neighbors..the thumping and running all evening was horrible. We called downstairs one night to have them told.. Otherwise loved it!! Great laundry facility!!

It was located well near many of the area's attraction. It is an older motel and shows its age. Needs renovation in order to be more up to date. Room cleaning people were very nice and front desk was helpful if asked questions. The breakfast area is a zoo and the food is marginal and the room is dirty and the staff not very nice. The price was cheap and you got what you paid for and not much more. We will not be back.
