it took 45 minutes at the counter to check in. The sofa bed bedding was not changed and it took 5 calls to get bedding to change it. The toilet was stopped up. The service was absolutely horrible.
The rooms were just OK. Our first room had stains on the comforter, curtains and walls. The nightstand and TV stand were full of dust as if that room had not been occupied/cleaned in a very long time. We called front desk and right away they prepared another room for us without any hesitation so that was a plus. The second room was much cleaner but could have used some additional deep cleaning. For the hotel to be listed as 4 stars I expected the room to be better condition. The inside of the hotel lobby looks 4 stars but definitely not the room. As far as front desk and hotel staff they were amazing.

Wonderful staff, the hotel was clean. This was our second stay and we really like this hotel. This time I noticed a lot more noise in the hallway all hours of the night
