Fantastic place to stay! The staff was very accommodating, and quick to take care of requests, such as a baby crib. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good every morning with a different menu every day! Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and great customer service.

I wasn't thrilled with my stay. I am a Hilton member and usually stay at Hampton Inn. I learned my lesson and will definitely stick with Hampton. There was a sewage odor coming from the shower drain, mildew in the shower. Needless to say they could do a lot better in cleaning technique and effort. They are only providing housekeeping services once per week, as in once per 7 days. Unless you request otherwise. That being said the housekeeping staff has more than ample time to thoroughly clean the rooms. If you ask me they're doing a half-ass job. I've always brought my own disinfectant wipes and sprays, prior to COVID-19... Due to the fact that I'm just a clean freak. But this place required more than a quick wipe down, I felt like I had to put a little elbow grease into it and order to feel halfway comfortable. On the plus side.. there is a full kitchenette. I got a one bedroom suite, so there was a separate sitting area/living room, and two TVs, etc. Long story short, i ended up checking out early, due to the noise kids jumping and kicking walls next door until 1am 3 days in a row. Yes, i called the front desk to complain after that. Just tried to give the "parents" a chance to control their kids. Which never happened. Oh, btw, another plus was the breakfast STAFF and Service. Food was unexpectedly good, i was pleased with the fact that the staff served. It was not an open buffet, which made me happy! Staff all wore masks, throughout. All guests, did not.

The washcloths in the room were old and thin and you could see through them when they were held up to the light. Included breakfast was not good - some of the offerings were old and stale. Location of the property is great and conveniently located to most attractions

The walls are thin. We could hear the people above us stomping throughout the night. Free breakfast is nice, but it offsets against the unnecessary daily parking charges.

The room was very clean and bigger than expected, which was a plus. They offered a free Togo breakfast and a light dinner. The breakfast was decent. It was eggs, ham, and French toast sticks with a variety of danishes and bread. That helped with saving a few bucks not eating out. They didn’t have very many parking spaces and they filled up quickly so you are left with having to get creative with finding a place to park.

the property was nice, the room we stay in looked amazing. the only bad part was that it was right next to the pool and i couldnt open my window because there was too many people out side. But for the budget i had this hotel is a 5 STAR too me thanks homewood suits for the great experiance

Horrible costumer service, had to wait 45 minutes for a room, and was treated poorly by the front desk as if I was a child! No information was given to me abs was told there were no rooms available after I had already paid almost $400 just ridiculous

The overall property was aesthetically nice, centrally located and quiet. The only item I’d like considering given to, complementary breakfast. Hotels can go a better job in serving more/having available vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options. Otherwise, the hotel stay was superb.

Did not realize i would be charged to park. Otherwise pleased.

Very nice hotel and room felt clean. There were some wall repairs that needed to be done but beyond that room was nice. Very close to San Diego Zoo, beach, and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not realize that parking was extra on top of the booking, so plan to spend 20.00 per night to park there on top of your bill. I don’t remember seeing that at the time of booking, but I may have missed it.

Worst hotel. So dirty do not stay.
