the view was ok even tho we didn't get the room with a king bedroom instead we got 2 queen bedrooms but it was ok. what i didn't like about it was when i got to the hotel a lady (African American) told me she was going to help me and she just left me there until some one else came and saw us there and ask if we have been help and i told him that the lady told me she was going to help me but she walk away. he asked her and with an attitude she told him i just clock out and that she was waiting for him to come and help us out. they started arguing there in front of customers and she was treating him bad like garbage to be honest that is really rude and feel bad for that person (asian guy). i went up to the room and came back down after 30 mins and the lady was still there which i think is not cool to do that to him and the customers that are there

The overall atmosphere was nice. The room was clean and well kept. I was disappointed with the daily parking fees, they were quite high at $32/day. Would have thought the location would have provided parking for their guests.

Great location, needs so upgrading. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you.

Location great, Staff hounded you for time share sales

Perfect location close to everything. And the views of the bay are amazing.

Well there was no hot water , so we couldn’t take a shower, I don’t know how they can rent a room without having hot water

I used valet parking and my tablet went missing (I reported it to both hotel management and to the valet service duty manger.

Had a negative surprise/ they charge a ridiculous amount of money for parking but u don’t know that when u book. Orbitz doesn’t warn you. And heated pool is cold

The rooms were clean. I didn’t like that the tower we stayed in was so far away from the hotel lobby and valet drop off/pickup. I also didn’t like that the ice machine in our tower was not in service.

Staff was friendly. Room service was good & view was beautiful

Old property ,No hot water perfect view for the wrong hotel.

Ok Good price Great room The building itself was ok

Power outages shut down elevators and stairs were inaccessible, parking expensive and packed plus spaces extremely narrow. Terrible in-room coffee, badic+overpriced restaurants, slow hot water in tub, uncomfortable rollaway cot. Patio design makes it eady for noisey neighbors to ruin your quiet room. Plus they allow barking dogs. Nice cleaning staff and front desk staff, but this place is narely 3 star quality

Be prepared to valet ($42) because there is no self-parking available. The parking spaces are so narrow that cars were taking up 2 spots making it impossible to park. Ordered room service and the fries were soggy and the burger was dry. I traveled alone wth a baby...when checking out the valet staff saw me struggling to put the carseat in the car and did not offer to help (I guess expected some common courtesy) even after they saw my stroller topple over along with the items underneath rolling out they just stood there staring. The room was ok...nothing fancy. One of the outlets did not work and the light by the door was missing a cover so the bulb was exposed. Overall I would rate this place a 2/5 stars.

Wyndham charged my credit card for the full price of the room after I had already paid on orbitz. $217 to orbitz and $294 to Wyndham. What recourse do i have?

The bathroom in 886 had a continual leaking sound coming from the shower, could not figure out where it was coming from? Air conditioning controls did not work, could not change from 67 degrees, either on and cold or off and stuffy. Asked for a call when our room was ready, (9:00am arrival from cruise), no call, finally got room at 4:30, long wait, no apology when confronting the registration desk.
