I was disappointed for being charged so much for parking. I have an elderly Mom who couldn't do public transportation (too much walking) and we had no choice but to rent a car. $50 a day is excessive. Also I wasn't told about the $25 dollars a day Amenities charge. So my hotel bill was doubled. I called ahead to ask about for a concierge to recommend a Whale watching tour and was told by the hotel staff to check google. When I get there, it turns out there is a concierge but they are only concerned with selling time shares. There was no breakfast, just a lame 10% off at Claim Jumpers. I'll likely not go to Wyndham again and I'll likely not use a third party like Orbitz, only to have so many add'l charges.

Overall nice stay, beds were comfortable and balcony was great to watch the activity on and around the bay. Sliding glass door was dirty so we had to open it to be able to see. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. But the building had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom mirror was poor quality and the frame broken in several places. The main door had what appeared to be about a two inch gap at the bottom which seemed a bit unsafe as well as frustrating with the amount of light it let in at night.

Hotel is in a great location right near airport and trolley. Has an airport shuttle, pool, 3 restaurants on site and a few access the street. Best of all the staff and management are really friendly and professional.
