When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel clerk kindly checked me in and noticed that my wife looked sick. My wife had gotten carsick on the ride to Sand Diego. The clerk asked if she could get my wife some ginger ale. I took her up on this. This was just one of many positive interactions I had with the staff at Bay Club Hotel and Marina. The rooms were clean and offered great views to the marina.

The bathroom door was clearly not wiped down it had stains on it like someone sneezed or sprayed something and it dried clear but you could see it in the light. The shower had hair and some kind of orange goo on it. The toilet paper sucked I went to cvs and got stronger two ply instead of that one ply stuff that was supplied. Really everything was great, the staff were amazing and the place was great just a few bathroom issues.

Great location , staff wasn’t the friendliest not quite sure why I wanted to shout out Sal , he was very sweet and made sure we enjoyed our stay , I would’ve gave a 10/10 but the staff we dealt with during our 5 day stay was not pleasant and security was bamming on our door at 10 at night me and my duaghter was sleep so that was kinda weird and upsetting given the fact I came there for my birthday and wanted a great experience. Other then that it was good .

The location, service was exceptional, I don't appreciate the security. leaving a bunch of kids getting into a room for party the whole night was not acceptable. I was unable to sleep because of the issue next door to my room. Screaming, pounding, and loud music. I hope that for next time we can have a better experience. Front desk was excellent.

Beautiful views from room 248! Great service throughout our stay from all the departments! Quiet, serenely quiet which we really enjoyed. Everything was clean, spacious, kept up and easy to navigate.

The hotel has recently been remodeled so old reviews might not reflect that. It was really fresh and clean. I loved the view of the harbor. The staff was a little rude when we inquired about checking in a little early. I understand that might not always be possible but it seems like they have a super strict policy regarding it and it just didn’t give a welcoming feeling the way they approached it. Other than that we had positive interactions with the staff, including in the restaurant.
