Convenient access to the Boardwalk and the sand that goes around beautiful and peaceful Sail Bay where sail boats and kite surfers sail across the picturesque view and all boats are limited to 5mph for a quiet and peaceful bay front experience without the noise of boats revving their engines! Crown Point is a popular neighborhood situated on a peninsula between Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean, known for its relaxed beach atmosphere and recreational activities. Enjoy access to miles of waterfront boardwalk just outside of your back door!
