We were without hot water the first day. After that it was off and on. I think we should get some discount for taking cold showers

This is the most rundown hotel I’ve ever seen. The pictures are definitely not current! The outside paneling on the building was falling off the ENTIRE building!! It looked 100 years old with absolutely no upkeep! And for the price I paid I feel robbed!! You also have to pay $25 a night for a parking space there and all of the spaces are for compact cars so everyone takes a spot and a half! I paid to get door dings! The room was so so and definitely needed to be updated! I will NEVER stay there again!

The tv would not operate at certain time. The electricity what really touchy. As in bathroom lights would not work. Unless I turned off everything else in the room. There was rust or mold marks on the curtains and walls. Room had a must/mildew smell to it.

I liked The Fast friendly Service they gave us! And A Early Check In Was Awwsome!

Loved the location. Didn’t like the $25.00 a night parking fee. It is an older hotel but it was nice

It is a typical beach hotel. old, but clean. it is all about its location! its clean, pool was nice and cushions on their lounge chairs make it more comfy. Make sure if u want A/C..u call ahead to get a room with ac! We enjoyed our stay. would stay again

Great location. Staff was great and we loved their morning coffee

The staff at this hotel are top notch! Stephanie at the front desk was efficient, pleasant and able to handle multuple customers neededing something at once, all with a great smile and caring attitude. The location is fantastic. We stayed for a family weekend and were worried when many of the guests here seemed to be 20 somethings qho were going to be partying all night. Security and staff did a great job addressing any noise that became too much and the really noisy, live music restaurant behind the hotel was completely lost with the sound of waves and a noise curfew. We were prepared for a rough stay but were very surprised! If you are going to sit at the beach, this hotel is perfect. If you are going to chill 8n your hotel riom, you will not be happy here. Limited and dated room furnishings, camp size bathroom sink and teeny dark shower are areas of needed improvements. We stayed in the 4th floor and watched closely as the balcony above looked like it may crash down on us. The overall structure of the hotel needs some tlc and a serious scrub but the staff are fantastic and the place is clean, albeit dingy. Speaking of staff, did we mention Stephanie?? Yes, becasue she seriously rocked. And the text during the day from hotel staff just checking in to address needs was pretty cool. We are definately planning a return trip.

Location and proximity to everything Pacific Beach has to offer!

PERFECT location!! The beach is right thrrr just Steps away. Shops and food are close by!

Great place will definitely go back. "Partial ocean view" was amazing. Did not expect that

Needs updating. Carpeting very shabby in the room.

Great ocean views. Close to great attractions. I already look forward to another stay!

Thank you for staying with us! We are in the ideal location for fun, sun and dining :) Pacific Beach is a very popular area and city parking is limited. We do hold the lowest hotel parking fee at just $25/ night, so that you will always have a space along with in and out privileges.
