Location was great. Lots of public transit nearby. Room was spacious. Stayed for four days and they only emptied the trash and gave new towels, didn’t make the bed. If you’re sensitive to sounds, you may be bothered by the train sounds.

overall was a nicer motel 6 experience. paper thin walls. dirty carpets in the elevators for more than 2 days. only able to change bath towels for room cleaning services. coffee cup lids didn’t fit even with managements own acknowledgement of the issue. valet was $42 a night but the valet guys were quick and polite. oh yeah, and the water was turned off multiple times through the stay.

the generous staff especially jonathan working the front desk. my travel times were scattered and i was unable to meet my check in time, but he still took care of me. i also had some last minute guests who needed rooms and he was able to get all 6 of my guests comfortably into their own rooms at 2am when they arrived. i will be staying back at the bristol the next time i am in san diego. THANK YOU JONATHAN

The front desk and valet staff were very helpful! Especially the valet staff. It was very unfortunate that the front desk was under construction. What's unfortunate is the price. The price in comparison to the room quality and decor is not justifiable. Look somewhere else if you want something worthwhile for what you pay for.
