Our overall stay at the Hampton Inn was good. They had someone serving guests breakfast. The only issue was the room was warm. We had the ac set low and the room was only comfortable at night after we opened the window.

A great customer service, amenities, and cleanliness of al areas of the hotel.

Pros: Very clean from the time you go in the lobby to our room very very clean. Cons: the add did not say any call out that we had to pay for parking. They charge $21.00 per day. I think very expensive. It say "free breakfast" there is no free breakfast. All we get is a bag with a muffin a bottle of water a fruit. Small cereal . Coffee yogurt and milk. Whats worse is that the milk was bad. It was expired. Also on my last night, we heard loud footsteps walking all night . We couldnt sleep, I called the front desk about the issue. And they did nothing about it.

Good location and clean environment. The only 1 elevator was a bit frustrating though.

Covid changes were a little disappointing because we didn't know what to expect. No fault of the hotel. Continental Breakfast, not hot. Hot Tub/Gym closed though pool open. Myself and others were surprised to learn there was a daily parking rate. They too booked through an online booking company and missed this information.

The girls who worked at the front desk were especially helpful and friendly!

Everything was great and amazing stay in this place. I recommend it

Our room was very musty when we arrived. We immediately turned on the air conditioning and set to 65F to get some clean air into room. But had to do this each time we left it for the next three days. Otherwise the hotel was ok. We would not come here again.

Hotel is modern, spacious, and kept brand new and clean.

Location is perfect for me , staff is always helpful and clean rooms I love staying here for my business meetings and the breakfast is great

Loved the outdoor fireplace, friendly staff, coffee always accessible
