For the price I had to this property should have been immaculate, far from it! I checked in and got to my room, ordered some dinner then went down to the lobby to wait for my delivery. When I got back to the room and the bag on the desk, that is when I noticed them, Cockroach’s are you kidding me. So Hailey moved me to another room. So here are things I observed, carpet in the hallway was dirty and stained. The furnishings in the rooms had drops of paint on them, and the wood products in both rooms were scratched showing unfinished wood. If I were corporate Hilton, I might consider pulling the franchise from this property! And Hailey said since it was a Orbitz reservation she could not issue me a refund she would have to talk to the general manager. I have not heard from anyone at this location yet!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay, very clean and spacious the room was very nice and comfortable. There was coffee and hot water 24 hours and a good selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Great location, clean, roomy and comfortable hotel in the Hotel Circle. Breakfast was okay. It did the trick. There was a water station in the lobby. I am not a fan of having to buy a plastic bottle to get a drink of water. There was no housekeeping which was disappointing. Othee than that, great hotel.

Overall the Hampton Inn was amazing, except the parking.

My family and I loved this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean. The pillows do need a little upgrade. The morning breakfast was great. Very close to our destinations SeaWorld and the Zoo. Very satisfied!

This might be unique to when we visited, but the place was crowded with kids, like some sports tournament. The front desk told my husband and I that someone reported us for a noise complaint, even though we had been in bed for the last 90 minutes (and we suspected the person "below us" probably didn't understand where the noise was coming from). Found a long brown hair in the towels; unclear how much they really clean here.

They had a great selection of tea, coffee, & water in the lobby. Parking was easily accessible. The free breakfast included waffles that you make yourself. Great variety of breakfast foods. Although the cups for the breakfast drinks were small.

The front desk lady was rude, but Hector was nice and helpful. The hotel is next to the freeway, you can hear the car passing by the whole night. We could not sleep very well...

I liked reception area and lobby, I did not like the narrow parking spaces I could barely get out of my car!

This Hampton Inn is in bad shape! Furniture is worn and damaged. Curtains are torn with huge holes. Black of drapes are useless against the parking lot night light which is very bright! Disturbs sleep! Front desk personnel could care less about our concerns and frustrations! Be warn there is a parking fee per night which we were not aware of when we check it. We rather surprised of the $22 per night for parking on top of the cost for staying there. Addition $100 plus the $850 reservation costs - adds up for seniors on pension!!! Never have we experienced such a rundown facility for a well-known establishment! Mgmt. needs to be told of this unpleasant experience! Never again!!!!

Good family friendly property. Lots of kids especially during the breakfast time so if quiet is what you’re looking for this may not be the best fit.
