It was a very nice place to stay, with an interesing layout, in a great area. The room was a little small, but had a great view of the water to help make up for it.

The location couldn't have been better and the staff was great. Is there anything smaller than a studio size room? Too small for a longer stay but we made it work for our 3 nights.

The location was great, but the rooms are really small and the bed was uncomfortable. It is probably a great one-niter because the location is so good.

Great location. All of the staff were beyond expectations. They printed us directions and were so friendly. I would recommend 10/10. Rooms were kind of small but it didn’t even matter .

Very nice staff. Allow us to check in early.

Beautiful spot with wonderful staff, right in the middle of amazing Little Italy. Lovely views.

In the heart of Little Italy with lots of shopping & dining nearby, and walkable to the shoreline (which has the Maritime Museum, boat tours, Seaport Village shopping area, and several parks). We didn't use our car the entire time. The rooms are tiny, but the hotel is clean & cute, and the location is excellent. Would recommend.

Very nice hotel in Little Italy, surrounded by many excellent restaurants and bars!

Staff at check in was extremely helpful, outgoing and friendly. And the location, wow!!!

I like that there are restaurants nearby especially the cafe. I only wish there was better parking.

The location is fantastic, you really don’t have to go out over a mile to do everything you would wanna do. The room is a bit small but it’s quiet and overall an amazing experience. This is honestly the first hotel I’ve ever wanted to recommend to people. The building is older so I was concerned at first, but it had charm, was completely clean and the staff were amazing.

Tiny rooms but very friendly and helpful staff. Very lively area with a lot of great places to eat within short walking distance.

The accessibility around San Diego. We hardly used our rental car, we walked mostly even to petco field and to balboa park, and took the trolley a couple times too. Awesome!

This property is in an excellent location. However, there were some annoying things. Their parking lot was always full, which meant you have to park across the street and the limit is 10 hours for $35... so, park at 11:00 pm, leave at 9:00 am... it kinda defeats the purpose of having everything within walking distance if you can't actually leave your car for over 10 hrs (especially if you parked at, say 6:00 pm, for dinner and then had to come out at 4 in the morning to ensure you don't get a ticket so you can sleep until 7 or 8 am). AND it doubles the cost of parking. Their website clearly states that they have parking available to hotel guest for $40 per night... So, that was highly disappointing. The other thing that was odd is that the smoke detector is highly sensitive, so it beeps whenever you take a shower. The beeping only lasts for 10 to 15 minutes after the shower, but still. Other than that, it was clean, the location is awesome for restaurants and shops in Little Italy.

Wonderful hotel. Right in the heart of Little Italy! Would stay again in a heart beat!

The hotel is very nice and well kept. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the room was a bit small (like we couldn't open either big suitcase without blocking an area to walk small). But I realize there isn't much you can do about that. It's perfect for a night or 2 stay which is exactly what we wanted. Also, the bed was really comfortable.

Really nice property in the middle of all the action in Little Italy. Beautiful area

Location, location, location! The hotel is right in the center of Little Italy’s lively restaurant scene. We were there on a Friday night and the area was hopping. We checked in about 5pm, but requested a room farther from the street which wasn’t ready until 6:00. The rooms are European style, which is to say comfortable but small. About 20 inches on either side of the bed with the sink in the main room. Not a lot of place for large suitcases but carryons are fine. The staff are very accommodating.

A nice boutique style hotel in the heart of Italian Village. wished the staff was more mature and aware of surrounding area's and attractions.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If you choose to stay with us again, I recommend looking into booking our Queen View option. Those rooms are more spacious than our Queen Standards. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay otherwise.
