The staff member was so rude, the guy talked me there’s no parking space available so I walked Teo blocks with my bags , then the hotels rooms smelled so bad the sewer lane pipes was really horrible

loved that it’s right in the heart of little italy

Horrible service. The people were very rude. Very rude staff.

Loved the location! Right in the heart of little Italy! So much within walking distance! Wished there was a microwave to heat up my amazing leftovers. Difficult getting dressed and ready with two women trying to do our hair and make-up with only one mirror and small counter space; but we made it work. Overall great spot, didn’t spend much time in the hotel.

Love that it’s right in the heart of Little Italy, that it has beautiful historical charm, and our room was bigger than I thought it’d be with a nice balcony overlooking India St. I didn’t love that the person that checked us in was very unhelpful and didn’t even tell us that we got a daily free coffee coupon. I really wish there were coffee makers in the rooms. All of the areas that I saw were very clean and well-kept. The shower was not great, low water pressure and a rainfall type shower head is challenging to say the least. Not sure if that’s what’s in all of the rooms. I would definitely consider staying here again because of the great location and comfort of the room.

Parking is really bad, we went not knowing the surrounding blocks were shut down for a Christmas event. The hotel lot was full and we drove around over an hour before finally a security guard let us park where it was blocked off so we could check in and get ready for dinner. Front desk staff was zero help re the parking saga. The rooms are SMALL. Really small. Sink is in the room, not bathroom and the lighting is horrible meaning if you’re trying to do hair and make up, it’s a challenge. However, the room is decently cute, the hotel is in a great location smack in San Diego’s “Little Italy”. Would recommend for someone who isn’t staying in their room much.

The room could have been larger but all is okay.. we will go with the two queens next time for more space

The AC barely worked. Lucky the windows opened! Rooms are tiny but nice big bathroom.

Beautiful building great rooms, BEST location. Or balcony was right by the little Italy sign and were had so much fun taking pictures.

Great Location. Area is full of restaurants, bars and entertainment

We love the location and it is close to all the things we like to do when in San Diego!

Great location right in the heart of Little Italy! The room was very small but updated and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Reasonably priced.

This hotel is in a great location and relatively close to airport. Regarding location, in the middle of Old Italy with blocks of bars and restaurants on India Street. I would gladly stay here again if my travels include San Diego.

Cute and clean for a boutique hote great location.in the center of it all l

Rooms are small, staff not very helpful, air not working properly staff couldn’t do anything. The location is great, but that’s it.

The look and feel of the room. Very comforting. The helpfulness of the staff and the ease at which they wanted to help

I liked the location. It was convenient for everything we did in San Diego. The staff was friendly. The room was okay but a little cramped.
