It was clean and updated and walking distance to Seaport Village.

Down town in San Diego in the gas lamp next to everything in walking distance

Very clean and very secure. I like that you have to have a reservation to get in. You have to put in request for services a day ahead...which is okay, but we never got our towels and we also had a leak in our bathroom that kept causing puddles to form next to the tub.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Room Was spacious and clean. Not the greatest view but restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

I understand the whole COVID-19 thing and limited housekeeping services, we stayed there for 6 days and we only got housekeeping ONE day, which I was totally fine with. So you would think that our room would be cleaned really good since it was only one time right? I think all we got done was towels replaced and the bed made. Nothing was wiped down, no vacuuming or sweeping in the bathroom at all. I was not happy at all!!!

The ac wasn’t working from 545pm-830am the next day. We couldn’t sleep since it was so hot and humid. I requested a Refund or a credit.

Ac was down for the first three days of our stay. We were offered a change after two days of complaining. One front desk clerk finally (Georgia) was definitely a lot of help. She mentioned it was a hotel wide and can be moved if I like. Hotel was limited in service due to pandemic. The Good: Valet Driver Supervisor can’t recal his name.. but was excellent in providing info on what to do around town. valet parking was a ripoff at 50.00 a day?! Wow WiFi was 14.00 a day?! Who charges for WiFi now days? I stay with hilton mostly due to quality of room and free WiFi still beats this hotel . At the end of the day they’re both provide limited service . At this point brands don’t matter due to limited service.

A bit off the beaten track adjacent to a mall which will soon be abandoned

The hotel is in a great area a short walk Petco Park and Seaport Village.

This property was very nice and clean in a good location close enough to walk to seaport or Petco stadium.

We had a typical king size room. The pool and 3 rd floor terrace were nice to have outdoor areas to hangout without having to leave the hotel. We were there for the 4th so we could walk to events happening around downtown which was a benefit bc parking at the hotel and around downtown was very hard to find. Only downside of the location is it was a little loud at night and you could hear that in your room. Also no microwaves in the room.

Destination fees of $25 dollars per night and parking of $50 per day. No premium channels on TV.

There is no self parking it cost me $50 a night valet parking. Smell/perfume friom previous occupant still smells when I enter the room.

Great location, excellent staff, very clean rooms and great overall experience.
