The room was clean. The staff is great. The place is quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Our stay was pleasant and we extended our stay through the front desk and they were very accommodating. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Old Town Inn. The property is small yet well-equipped with everything a guest might need. Its location is excellent—within walking distance of the historic Old Town Village and very close to the airport, which is quite convenient. The rooms were compact but clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower water pressure was quite weak, and the room felt poorly ventilated. Although there was a large window, the colder weather and lack of sunshine during our stay made the room feel slightly damp. Overall, it is a comfortable and conveniently located option, with a few areas that could be improved.

We stayed in Room 115 on the first floor. It was spacious yet comfortable. It was set up for 2 people and we had 3. Front desk was informed next day if they could accommodate us. Yes but when we got back to our room it was set up for 2, again. No earth shattering but it would have been nice to just add the 1 extra. Other than this the stay was really nice and we love the "vintage" of the Old Town Inn that fits right in with Old Town itself.

There were lots of choices for breakfast and the coffee was good. The room was clean , comfortable and quiet. It was very convenient for riding the trolley downtown and to Snapdragon stadium.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Great location - close to Old Town and the transit center. Room was exceptionally clean - bed made every day with clean towels. Very quiet with free on site parking and free breakfast. I would stay here again and highly recommend!

My family and I would definitely stay here again. Pros: Price; friendly & responsive staff, breakfast served until 10(!), in-room kitchenette, clean, all electronics worked Cons: Not the best area (but the Inn does things to mitigate unauthorized access - like a keypad on the elevator); beds were a bit hard for my liking If you are looking for a nice, basic, affordable place to stay, you need not look any further. If you are someone who needs the luxury suite...you're probably not reading this review or even considering this site. So, for those who are reading it...book your stay.

The TV was pixelating so must need a new cable…I called twice to the staff and no one came out until I went in the next day. The breakfast was too crowded and had minimal items..Very basic! The door entrance to the breakfast was hard for the majority of people and I had to open it for them. The parking lot is super small and when full is very hard to maneuver your car especially in the back part of it. The main desk staff were very friendly.
