Amazing stay and view!

It was family friendly as we visited the zoo then went to our hotel. After, me and my husband went to their rooftop bar and lounge and it was amazing. The food and drinks were great and also the service. The vibe was chill for couple time or even family time. I really liked the area it was clean, safe, and peaceful. I would recommend 100%. Plus we got the corner room and it gave us a great view!

Beautiful property close to everything including the airport. We disembarked from our cruise ship at 8:30am and had only to walk across the street to the hotel. The staff called us an hour or so later saying we could get into our room. Awesome service!

Not the greatest stay

Room was okay, but the comforter had a huge rip in it. The front desk guy was a bit off but we didn't have any troubles checking in. The waiter at the 5th floor bar was totally worthless. Brought us drinks, but no glass. Brought us food, but no utensils. Asked for a take-away box, but he never came back after we paid. Odd charges showing up now on my credit card for $20, $60, $10.01, and a few others.
