Staff was poorly trained on how to troubleshoot issues. There is no bell service or housekeeping. Hotel was overbooked and staff was flustered and disorganized. We asked for more towels and they never came. There was no offer to clean our room or empty garbage. After being put in a room for 2 people (for 4 of us) we were told we would be moved. Staff never reached out and when I followed up I was told no. Horrible experience.

Good sold in fresh market was expired. Beds were not queen size, but smaller. No coffee machine in room. Noisy

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Located in a centralized area closed to shops and restaurants. Few minutes from La Jolla Shores. We definitely come back next time we are in La Jolla.

This was an excellent location and I appreciate all the service. I will definitely one back for a stay.

Chose Hotel because of location but the cleanliness was not up to even normal standards, COVID-19? Telephone in room did not work. Shower did not work or drain properly. Housekeeping & maintenance personal were extremely loud and kind of rude in the room next door at 9:00 AM, which made our service dogs a bit anxious.
