This property is perfectly located (walking distance to the beach) and so cute. The kitchen is beautiful, the entire space is pristinely clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms have all of the amenities with awesome showers, and the communication with the property manager was seamless. This VRBO is an awesome value, and I highly recommend it.

Our host Nathan was amazing. He ensured our stay was great and checked in on us often. The place was exactly like the pictures and everything in this unit was well thought out. It even had my favorite K-cups!

Fantastic location to the beach and even several restaurants. Very clean and decorated beautifully. We had zero issues and no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The home is very clean and has everything you need for a day at the beach and home cooked meals. The beachy decor was nice, the beds were comfortable and there are air conditioners in every room. There is a great beach at the end of the street, just a 5-min walk. Seemed a little rough for swimming but was the place to be for sunsets and sunbathing! Great location!

Very clean, kitchen is fully stocked, walking distance to the beach, perfect for two couples. Communication is prompt and easy.. Our car was parked right next to the bedroom balcony sliding door.

Great location. Near the beach. Much better stay than a hotel for a family. Clean. Quiet. Always nice to have a kitchen and laundry. Easy in and out.

Great Location

This was our second stay and enjoyed it once again. The condo is very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Short stroll to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. One of the best and affordable options in this area. Not the best at parallel parking so the driveway was a nice amenity to avoid onstreet parking. :).

Restful stay in La Jolla

We were familiar with the area, having stayed there before. This property is a block and a half from the Windandsea beach on the Pacific ocean. It's spotless and completely stocked with all of your vacation needs. Lulu, the property manager, was extremely helpful in every regard and easy to reach when needed. We were very happy with our apartment and would stay there again, without hesitation.

Steps away from the sunset and ocean. Small and rocky local beach down the street Close to La Jolla and Pacific Beach. Twenty minutes or so to any attraction. Great communication with host. We enjoyed our stay

Great spot for 4

My wife and I stayed here with a couple of our friends. The unit that we stayed in was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The unit was very clean and felt very homey. The location was great, close to the beach and great restaurants. If your a golfer you are only about 15 minutes from Torrey pines. Nathan was our contact and he was very helpful and responsive.

Birthday Trip

My husband & I took our 12 year old grandson to San Diego for his birthday. We were visiting from Ohio. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the location. The property manager (Nathan) checked in with us daily. We had no issues with the property….we were so busy every day and really were only there to sleep. I would recommend this property

The Rosemont La Jolla San Diego

The property was very clean. We loved the proximity to the ocean as well as the easy access to restaurants. The location was perfect for seeing all the nearby attractions. The property is well maintained and the housekeeper Lulu greeted us warmly while we were there. The owner Nathan sent us all the instructions which made it super convenient. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Everything is as advertised! Adam was wonderful to deal with. Just 5 minutes to beach. Adam presented email with things to do and restaurants in San Diego and La Jolla. It was great!

Perfection!

Excellent location and a perfect condo. Just a short walk to the most amazing beach. Not crowded and great waves. Place is close enough to walk for dinner to a couple of good places. We really didn’t stay in downtown San Diego very much as we much preferred La Jolla and the condo. The place had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. Hope to return.
