My first room was dirty - they switched me to a newer room which was better but overall the rooms are sort of outdated and not as advertised. Amenities need to be upgraded. The tv especially needs to be upgraded, no compatibility with smart Apps or Netflix. I will say the customer service at the front desk was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was rude. Telling us to checkout long before our checkout time. I felt let down overall - there are much nicer hotels nearby for less money. Another thing is they locked the pool out of customer key access an hour before the pool actually closed. Just a weird vibe.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were excellent for slumber and comfort. This hotel is centrally located to Old Town San Diego and Balboa Park. The water front and airport are just a couple of miles away. Moreover, there staff is also most excellent. Nick answered all my questions when I called him from Texas. He was also very helpful during our stay in the beautiful City of San Diego. I highly recommend folks consider staying at the Legacy Hotel.

Room was spotless, staff extremely friendly/helpful, especially those I spoke with at the bar/lounge. I wasn't sure what to expect and this hotel surprised me. Definitely got my money's worth and will use this hotel again in the future. The only downside would be that it's not really a walkable location. But it is central and near everything, you just need to grab a ride to any other area. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great quality at a reasonable price.

We will be coming back! We booked this as a last minuet stay-cation. The staff was all incredibly friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. The spa was phenomenal and well worth the price. The pool and jacuzie were nice, tho the pool bar was close probably due to the season. The italian steakhouse on-site had a good breakfast delivered to our room and the dinner absolute delicious. Only qualms was some electronics in our room were kinda buzzing and, as all hotels, theres some aging bits that could cause conern. But aside from that it's literally perfect. This is also SUPER close to a mall, a theater, and lots of restraruants. We will DEFINITELY be coming back.
