The property is nice. We've stayed here 3-4 times. Unfortunately our room had a few problems this time. A clogged tub of which they cane and clesred out. But the strong uninviting odor was not addressed. I let the facility know and the hotel gave us 6000pts. The problem is that actually added insult to injury as this is like $20 for your inconvenience. Wow.
The most dirty old smelly place. Thin walls that you can hear all noises including someone pee in the toilet in the next room or upstairs. Black mould in the restroom. We had a suit. The air conditioner was in the kids room so to keep our room a bit chill you need to make kids room extra freezing. I’m frequent traveller and it was the worst hotel ever.
The room had a funky smell. My sister had to move because there was a strong sewer smell that even the maintenance guy couldn’t take.

I felt very unsafe. The hotel staff were careless and gave our room key to people who did not show ID. They barged into our room after midnight. It was traumatizing and I will never stay at this hotel again.
I didn't like the beds. hard.
Charged me for two nights when I only stayed one and won’t issue a refund although they said they would when I checked in
was great that it had a king bed in one room and bunk beds in another room. it had a nice big tv in both room with good channel selection. but when we walked into our room it smelled funny. the air conditioner wasn’t working right and supposedly couldn’t be fixed until the next day. there was some panel in the wall next to the toilet that came out of the wall and had graffiti on it.
Trey was helpful. Families are in first floor usually and are noisy. Water available in fitness center and cookies are amazing.

Everyone was so wonderful. The room was exactly what we needed. It was quiet. The pool and hot tub were clean. Definitely a wonderful place to spend your vacation.
It’s wasn’t a good stay .. I stay there for 11 days .. The front desk staff not all but most unwelcoming.. All was on there phone. Not paying attention to customers.. I had bad next door customer fighting and loud noises.. bad Experience
