Greeted upon arrival, quick check in. The parking garage was tight. The hotel itself is clean, our room King Famly Suite smelled fresh and was tidy. There’s a few things that could be updated but over all was clean. When going to the onsite restaurant, we were seated got some coffee, and then after 20 minutes we had to go find someone in the kitchen to take our order, at that point we decided to leave. We requested comforters and security brought them to us quickly. The hotel required key card to even enter the lobby so it felt safe. Hotel staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Cat friendly hotel, $50 pet fee/stay. Overall good price and very comfortable stay.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this DoubleTree location. From the moment we entered the room, we noticed flies both in the bedroom area and the restroom. It was unsanitary and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. When we reported the issue to the front desk, they offered no help whatsoever—no room change, no apology, and no attempt at a solution. We were essentially left to deal with the situation on our own. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I will not be returning. I expected much better from DoubleTree.

Carpet ripped in room 304. That was the first thing I noticed when walking in the room. Room wasn’t all that clean.

Clean room, staff was pleasant, perfect area for tourism, not far from the airport and close to a good mall, accommodating hotel. The pricing was somewhat misleading compared to when I got to the hotel but that’s to be expected I guess.
