Everyone was so wonderful. The room was exactly what we needed. It was quiet. The pool and hot tub were clean. Definitely a wonderful place to spend your vacation.

It’s wasn’t a good stay .. I stay there for 11 days .. The front desk staff not all but most unwelcoming.. All was on there phone. Not paying attention to customers.. I had bad next door customer fighting and loud noises.. bad Experience

Our room had crumbs outside it amd into it and the bathroom wasn’t clean . The facility looks like it could use an uplift

Areas were in disrepair - bathroom ceiling may have had some mold. Fan doesn't work well. Large rust area by the door. Carpet in room had many stains. Bed skirt was stained

It felt like home.. lovely staff ❤️

Location was great .Most of The staff was ok but couldnt help when a manager wasnt around on some issues. 1st night no hot water for both rooms we had and not enough staff on board to help with issue so couldnt take showers after pool 2nd night ac was hot no cold air for both rooms we had they were suppose to fix felt a little better next night but still not great.no breakfast or restaurant as advertised only apologizes no discounts for no food also had to pay parking 25 a night not advertised anywhere until you pay for room Definitely not 4 stars

We liked that the pool and hot tub was open early but it closed at a certain time. Maybe if it closed a little later would be better. But other then that everything else was fine. We had a good time overall.

Staff were extremely nice and accommodating. It was a centrally-located drive to various places we went to--Legoland, SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, etc.

The rooms could use a little updating, especially the carpets, as they appeared dirty, old, and outdated. The walls were not paper thin by any means but I could still hear people in the room next door talk and yell at each other early in the morning, along with their barking dog. Didn't complain about them, yet they decided to complain about my kids yelling as we were getting ready to leave. Overall, not a terrible experience here, but just not a great one either. You get what you pay for.

Carpet was dirty staff is rude but the hotel is nice and great location

The staff was really friendly when checking in. The whole process was fast and easy. Lobby was nice and the room was decent could use small up grades but all in all great hotel!
