Rooms and service were up to par but the issue was parking and building access. There is only one front door and a back pool door. Parking garage is horrendous with no signs to guide really. Tight spaces and then a $30 parking fee on top of it. Not convenient and would rather stay somewhere else.
This is a good hotel at a value price. It falls shy of being fancy but it is solidly pleasant with all the amenities one wants: restaurant, convenience shop, business desk, lounge space, variety of outdoor seating with a good hot tub and pool. The room was clean and staff were very good. Of course, it's along the highway, thus the value pricing, but I'd stay here again for sure.
Pictures are deceiving. Room was dirty and old. I thought it was a four star hotel and it is not.

They parking $30 everyday it was surprise and water pressure in bath room shower very low and cleaning g service not even cleaned our room inspire if we requested.
The place was dirty and they were not close to any of the areas they listed for us to be able to walk. They had no real exit signs. We were so disappointed we had to leave earlier.
Friendly staff. Dated property. My room was literally falling apart. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. If you are unlucky enough to be in a room where you have an upstairs neighbor, be prepared to head the loud sound of the doors. My room literally shook every time my upstairs neighbor opened and closed the sliding door. I got no sleep for the 2 days I was there. Management said their nose policy starts at 10pm, which is fine, only their paper thin walls radiate every noise from neighbors Abe you cannot get any peace and quiet at any hour of the day. The facility smelled something terrible. Horrible parking structure. Be prepared to pay $30 a day for parking. They offer no security.
The hotel is old. Only one elevator was working for everyone in the hotel. The bathroom was old and out dated. This hotel needs to b updated. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. There wasn’t anything in this hotel that I like. Than there was no elevator to the parking lot. You had to walked the stairs in the parking lot. For someone disabled like me it wasn’t convient for me. This was definitely a bad choose to stay in. I was really disappointed at this hotel. Especially this being a chain hotel. Terrible terrible

Clean. Friendly staff. Great place if you need to book last minute. They do an excellent job in checking you in right away.
Property is worn down for a hilton owed. Wall paper peeling. The carpets have rips everywhere. The parking structure was the worst. It was a struggle to get in and out with a regular sized truck. Staff was an amazing so that was the upside.

The property is nice. We've stayed here 3-4 times. Unfortunately our room had a few problems this time. A clogged tub of which they cane and clesred out. But the strong uninviting odor was not addressed. I let the facility know and the hotel gave us 6000pts. The problem is that actually added insult to injury as this is like $20 for your inconvenience. Wow.
