This hotel was nice, it has all the amenities we needed for our stay. The pool and spa were nicely heated. The hotel was close enough to sea world and the other area attractions.

The hotel was ok except first room smelled and had stains on the floor second room a/c didn’t work and one of the rooms had fleas flying around pretty bad

Room had trash on floor from previous occupant-furniture covering torn,hair in shower from prior occupant.The shower stall was a walk in , so had to put towels to catch water from going into bathroom when taking shower. Grounds were nice , staff friendly .

A horrible experience. My room and bathroom was in poor condition. The staff wasn’t welcoming. The floors were stained and bathtub was extremely dirty and we couldn’t take a bath.

Make sure you know which double tree your staying at since there are three in the same area. We drove to the wrong location on hazard at when we should of gone to the the location on circle. The front desk on the first location sent us to the wrong address it was very confusing and frustrating after a 5hr drive. Once at the correct hotel and room the a/c was not on prior of our arrival so the room was hot! Other issues were the outlet covers were not on correctly so the only place we could use a charger was in the bathroom. Bring a fan if you stay here air conditioning blow so low on one side you could not feel it. Shower pressure was hardly there too.

Service room sucks. Housekeeping was good. The parking lot is super tight and they charge 33 dollars per night extra even though u pay to stay at their property u still have to pay the parking
