The hote was very accessible to Seaworld, downtown, and restaurants.

Great facilities

A bit expensive for dated rooms and menu change at restaurant is a dissapointment. Overall, great location and family friendly. Great pools and movie noghts

There was a power out, the room was very small and it was not the best place to rest because the sound proof was pretty bad.

Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. The doors and windows werent very sound proof so it was loud if amyone was walking or talking in front of our room.

The hotel was fairly priced. Check in was fast and pleasant. Room was clean and well maintained. Nice landscaping. The property is not new, so shows minor wear, but this was expected. The restaurant was a pleasurable experience. We experienced the bar and the morning breakfast. The outside seating made the experience most pleasurable. Food was fairly priced and high quality. Checkout was easy via text. Overall, a well run operation.

The Dana Inn has always been my favorite place to stay at in San Diego, until this recent stay. The staff was great the room was nice but needs a little TLC. The toilet seat hinge was busted, there are spiders 🕷 on the ceiling that I caught and released outside. We had private access to a nice pool from our lanai room , but other patrons kept blocking our entrance and exit with chase lounges, and of course the staff did nothing about that, so do not bother upgrading to that room. The beds were terrible unless of course you are Fred Flintstone and you like sleeping on bedrock. All and all the Dana has really been a disappointment this year. For the amount of money you spend here its not worth it.

Looks and feels like a motel 6 for college kids. No rule enforcement. Rooms are old and there’s nothing classy or resort like about this place. Woke up yesterday at 4am to sound of the guests in the next room puking after a night of drunk partying at the pool that never closes. It was so loud through the paper mache walls that I thought they were IN MY BATHROOM. Perfect place if you a 20 something college kid looking to get plastered. If you have family or want something classy, I would keep looking.

Location was great. Rooms and bathrooms are small and outdated. Walls, doors and tile were dirty. Staff was nice and moved us to a different room, the people next to us were blasting music for hours. Don’t get a room by the pool unless you want the noise.

Beautiful views! Would be nice if there was an adults only pool

The hotel was amazing. Only stayed 1 night. Will definately stay again

Beautiful property! I felt like I was on a nice getaway with a very relaxing vibe. We are at Firefly and the food was delicious! We used the main pool by the restaurant and it was nice, clean and at a good temperature. At night we walked the sidewalk and admired the bay. Our room was nice and clean. It was awesome waking up to the beautiful view of the bay. Staff was real nice. Only bad thing I would say is parking but that’s about it.

Loved the location and every employee I encountered was so nice, so helpful. Rooms are simple and dated - could use a refresh. My bathroom was especially worn. That being said, I was very comfortable and had everything I needed.
