Upon check-in the staff was not very friendly , the neighbors beside us and above us were loud , every night multiple times someone tried to open our door . Also the people beside us tried to open the adjoining door multiple times.

Always a pleasure to stay at The Dana Hotel, centrally located to the beach areas, has a fun social atmosphere from families at the pool to casual drinks on the patio for couples; the grounds are always well kept, clean, lush and all around a joy to be in. The staff is always available for any and all questions/concerns. What a wonderful property, my go to hotel for work trips!

The view of the ocean was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Our room was situated by the outdoor event space. Wedding party was loud, however they did end at 9:30. So not unbearable 😃

Won't be back.

Hotel staff was very unfriendly. Their restaurant was very expensive. The food was terrible. The service was worse. Watch out for the extra fees that they tack on when you're checking out. And if you stay, don't get a ground 4 patio. Overlooking the grass area, you'll have a lot of sketchy people wandering around just outside your door. On the good side the room was nice enough and it was clean.But I definitely will not be staying again.

Not everyone is treated equally.

Disappointing, appeared to be invisible to pool staff. Walked over to the bar, where they were more friendly and made a great old fashion. Was moved from my bottom floor room to a second floor room, so I could be closer to the EV chargers that didn’t work.

We chose to not get a rental car. We used ride apps for six days, and this hotel is in a good location to get to the various places. Our room wasn’t huge, but it was always kept clean. Restaurant options were good. Pool and hot tubs are spacious. Beautiful AM view of the harbor.

Firefly restaurant had excellent food and excellent service. Manny Really was attentive and remembered everything I liked. He is top-notch and a huge Ambassador to Firefly and The Dana. The front desk staff was a little moody. Ikon checking in it would have been great to have learned that this property had two pool and a swim car. I only found that out on the very last day when I decided to take a walk.
