This property needs to be renovated. My room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the sheets had random stains.

Have been going there for a few years now and sorry to say it has really gone down hill. Room looked clean but carpet was filthy, toilet run bathroom light did not work. Sad to say because this place is close to my son we won't be back.

Needs some renovations

When we arrived the system had went down as we were checking in. Chris and Frank made sure that my family and I were able to get into our rooms and settled. And checked back with us the next day.

Our stay was just ok. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was abysmal. The room was adequate. We were told that they we short staff and no one would be around to clean our room or provide a change of towels.

THE ROOM IS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL. I FOUND DOG PURINA ON MY BATHROOM AND CARPET WAS DIRTY. I MOVED OUT TO ANOTHER HOTEL. I GOT ALLERGY AND HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER FACILITY. THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE A FLOOR FOR PETS ONLY.

The stay was nice and quiet. Everything was accomodated accordingly.

When we arrived we were immediately checked in and told all the things we couldn’t do or what wouldn’t be provided due to Covid, ok totally understand. Got into the dirty elevator to be greeted by a man “urinating” in the hallway adjacent to the room we were given. So freakin gross!!! We told the young man at the front desk he said nothing and walked away. In the 3 nights we stayed the elevator floor remained gross and uncleaned, and the property in general was very filthy. I would have looked into changing hotels however I was informed that I would not be reimbursed for my stay and other hotels were at their capacity due to restrictions. I will not be staying at this location or would I recommend it for others. So disappointed

The carpet was a bit damp guessing just shampooed and I’m used to having coffee condiments.

Easy freeway on and off also things to eat are in walking distance

Nice, clean, comfortable, conveniently located room at a very fair price. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Spacious room and very friendly staff for a great price.

We get to the lobby and need the bathroom after driving for a few hours ant its out of order and next morning the bathroom in out our room is clogged and no one available, finally we get a plunger but the toilet gave probles the whole 3 days we stayed.
