Such a CUTE boutique hotel! Everything about it was just PERFECT!!! The beds are fabulous!!! The location is so conveniently located to tons of restaurants and activities! The staff was extremely friendly. The pineapple infused water and cookies, or such a nice treat in the lobby. Will defiantly be back!
I found the beds to be really hard with no toppers to add softness. I did not rest well here for the 2 day stay. The hotel lacked free amenities and house keeping did not come to refresh towels during the 2 day stay. The staff were nice and the overall cleanliness was very nice. Along with clean facilities the location was amazing and everything was within walking distance.
It was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Staff was amazing. Rooms are comfortable. Amenities are appreciated. I hope to stay again.

Clean and the people were friendly. The area around is noisy. They charge a $22 convenience fee which is bulls-t. I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work in my room so had to use it in the lobby. The place was Ok if you want to be near bars and partying, however I wouldn’t stay here again
Hotel was in the center of the Gaslamp. Very walkable, lots of stores, restaurants, and bars near by. Staff was very friendly. Amenities were very good. $20 resort fee per night, but in exchange, you received $10 per day snack and drink credit, free bike rentals, and unlimited bottles of water. Rooms were smallish but comfortable.

Beds were comfy, and most toiletries already provided, in case you forgot anything... no iron or fridge in the room is a bummer
Great location
The room was cozy. The amenities were good a $10 daily credit is yours as long as you are there. The parking situation in the area is no good. There is a parking garage about a block away that offers 12 hour parking for a fee, and after 12 hours you are charged $1 an hour. Not bad at all. Overall pleasant stay, the Gaslamp quarters were this is located is really active.
Excellent location and staff was very friendly. Rooms are a little small with tv on side wall instead of in front of bed like normal. Free bicycle use was a big plus. Biggest negative is no parking on site. Have to pay on a lot. Lots of homeless surrounding hotel.
The only thing that was a little annoying was there was no valet but the stay was good!
