I should’ve known when the hotel attendant asked me if I wanted to see my room first, it was not going to be optimal. This is an extended stay, but there’s no utensils, no cookware, no ice, and when I asked for these things, I was told they were not available

I waited about 30 minutes to check in with no one ahead of me. When arrived to my room it was dirty and had not been cleaned from previous stay. Shampoo was given at front desk and when I asked for some the girl was lost since she did not understand English well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel stay was awful. Overfilled trash piled up by the stairwells, cracks on the leather couch, rust on the towel racks, mold on the ceiling above the shower, and random marks on the dining chairs. The room did not seem to be cleaned well so we felt very uncomfortable sleeping there.
