This is a very cute hotel close to many quaint restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the front desk person during the late night shift. He was a bit rude and looked bothered when I would ask questions. I understand it's late and he was probably tired but in the hospitality industry, you have to leave the attitude at home. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

the staff is Great this was our 4th year of spending Labor Day weekend with them,,,,Air conditioners are quite loud though had to move rooms due to floor physically moving/shaking,,,thank you JMW Seattle

Have to park on the street or paid $25 to in garage parking!

The room smelled bad. There was cockroaches all around the building. There was hair all around the bathroom that was there upon our arrival. They charge $25 just to park there. At least have valet If you’re going to charge that much. The floor kept vibrating because we must have been near the AC or iice machine. We couldn’t turn off the AC we called front desk he said I don’t know how to do it sent security to our room he couldn’t really figure it out either. Upon checking out the manager asked how was my stay I said it was ok with a negative tone and he didn’t say one word. Not even how can we improve not even thank u for staying here.

Rooms are nicely renovated. Only stayed one night, so didn't really use any amenities. Breakfast is always a welcome addition. Only dealt with Frank at the front desk during my stay--he was excellent: friendly & very helpful!

The stay was very enjoyable... but, in one of the hallways there was constant marijuana smell coming from the rooms. I had to walk through this hallway multiple times a day with my kids

It was very helpful nearby the airport nice location Rooms are clean !!

Always a good stay at this location, don’t pay for parking and just park off the street
