Really clean, premium TV. Streaming service access. Modern room. Great breakfest. Great staff. Only complaint was the beds were so do despite having great linens. And tge room was a little stuffy because there was window that could open. Still, really liked the place though abmnd plan on using it again when we return

The place was comfy and clean.
Great location. Walking distance to old town, shops, and restaurants. Public transportation trolley transit is a short distance away.
Front desk staff RUDE and does not understand the meaning of customer service. He was agitated with his job and guests, unpleasant, and condescending to guests. He even went as far to say "some people ask the craziest questions". He told us to bring your dirty towels downstairs, and pick up clean towels if you want, and there is not cleaning services!" The room was gross, especially the bathroom had hair in the tub, soap scum around the faucets, floor and casings were rotted from water damage. Broken desk chair. The entire stay was disgusting and will never stay there again.

This is a very cute hotel close to many quaint restaurants and shops. My only complaint was the front desk person during the late night shift. He was a bit rude and looked bothered when I would ask questions. I understand it's late and he was probably tired but in the hospitality industry, you have to leave the attitude at home. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.
the staff is Great this was our 4th year of spending Labor Day weekend with them,,,,Air conditioners are quite loud though had to move rooms due to floor physically moving/shaking,,,thank you JMW Seattle
