At check in I was told that the room I booked and paid for was not available which was a renovated room with a single queen bed. I was told the only rooms left were with two beds and I asked why the room I had booked and paid for was unavailable, they had no answer for me. I asked if I could have a room with a single queen bed and after checking again I was given room 409. Sadly this room needed work. Three lights had no working bulbs, the tv that was mounted on the wall was not hanging properly and being held up by duct tape. The bed was very springy and not comfortable at all. The only good thing about the room was the water pressure and the hot water. The room did have a fridge and microwave but did not have a coffee maker. Definitely not worth 80 plus bucks. I have stayed here plenty of times but I think this was my last stay at this place.

I’ve stayed here in the past but this time was different I was in room 116, kind of a corner room in the front of the building. The problem with this particular room is the smoke that enters the room from the people that stand out front smoking and the state law is not enforced sadly. My second issue with the room was that a WIC card was found under what I thought was clean towels In the bathroom along with 3 hair ties. I just decided to use my own personal towel. Between midnight and 1am I was woken up by a leaf blower, not sure if it was the hotel that was being serviced or the strip mall across the street. When I drove through the parking lot around to the back it appeared as if there was some sort of transaction happening I can’t say drug because I don’t know for sure but it seemed shady.

The room I was given was a corner room the was off the Main Street. It was noisy all night long sadly

The property is more like a motel. There were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot, presumably drinking in the back. We stayed in a “renovated room” but the bedding & pillows were uncomfortable, the towels were small & thin, and the bathtub actually did not drain all the way. There was water in the bathtub our whole trip. I would not stay here again.

Staff is pleasant, room are not very clean or well kept. The room we got had spiderwebs on the ceiling and I saw a cockroach going on the wall

Everything was exactly fine. The building was dated, but the service warm.

I loved the landscaping and that it felt so secluded. The price was very reasonable for room and other amenities. Very nice staff

location is very convenient. Place is quiet and secure.

Workers are friendly, rooms are very clean, and place very safe location

,Friendliness of staff, good location access to expressway

Most of the staff is friendly and greets with a smile and eye contact. The hotel is well located in the city and the parking lot is large and accessible. However, I would provide large rooms with more mirrors (in and out of the restroom) in order to allow families to dress up quicker in the morning.

Excellent hotel with economical price range. Staff and the janitors are courteous.

The property was nice, room was nice, had no issues at all.

The hotel grounds are upkept. Check in was easy but the two peole checking in ahead of me had issues with their room and didnt seem happy. The reserve now pay later was not honored. They charged me $79 two days prior to check in and then at the hotel they charged me the full amount. They assured me the $79 would be released the next day but its been 2 days and I still have a $79 charge from my bank on top of the full amount they charged. I booked a "Superior" room which I understood as renovated but the room was not renovated. However, although the room was older and had mismatched furniture, it was clean and acceptable. Love that you have a fridge and microwave and a stove BUT they don't provide any dishes or pans and the sink is a normal bathroom sink so even if you had those items, washing dishes would be hard. The TV channel's sucked...alot of them were not clear but we managed. Wifi worked great, the pool and spa were nice and the breakfast was basic but good. I read alot of reviews that the hotel is old which it is but for the price and convenient location to the freeways was perfect. I think this may have been an apartment complex before. The carpet in the hallways were worn and dirty but the room was clean. Parking was free and easy. They give you a gate code to access the building from the parking area, I liked that. I would stay again but it's not my favorite hotel in the SD area.
