Stay was good.. the bed was comfortable, room was clean, amenities were nice if we could use them. Due to covid, spa was closed, understandably so. Only complaint is that upon check in I was given the wrong key/room number. My poor injured husband had to walk around unnecessary with me as I was trying to find the room number, when we finally reached it we found it occupied and the key didn’t work. We went back and he accidentally wrote the room number down wrong. No accomodations just a sorry.

Was pretty nice can’t complain. Didn’t have a ugly view I appreciated the trees

The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff friendly and efficient.

A very nice Courtyard. Most Courtyards aren't this upscale or new. Only issue is that the rooms don't have a microwave even though they do have a small (college sized) frig. Had to go out to the lobby's microwave to heat water and leftovers.

Friendly hotel staff at front desk Clean quiet safe location Can’t wait to go back again :)

Very clean and comfortable and good for kids. Nice staff.

Hot tub was not hot but everything else was great . Staff was excellent.

The front desk lady was not warm or friendly. Put me in a 2nd-floor room next to the elevator. My CC got double charged for the $12/night parking fee, which is sad. I called to ask about it but received a receipt without the correct total $...

Did not feel welcomed. No mention about parking fee when checking in. Room was loud, walls too thin. There's a big space under the door. Beds are uncomfortable (too soft). Takes awhile for hot water to run.

Nice hotel, but not worth 250 plus per night. Location and cleanliness were very good, however walls were a bit thin and nothing extraordinary to justify the rate I paid.

Repaving front parking lot was little inconvenient but stay was excellent and especially the breakfast at their little cafe and lots of silence since the hotel is on a quiet street.

Hotel is in a good location for easy access to Hwy 5 and UCSD. No housekeeping even though requested. Was told short on staff.

Our family stayed there for an AAU Basketball Tournament. While the rooms were very clean and comfortable, it was the staff that made the difference. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. This makes a difference when you travel. Stay here and you won't be disappointed.

They accommodated my late check-in (1 AM). They have a few items for sale by the check-in including beer, water, juices. Staff was professional and courteous. The premise was super clean. The room was clean, quiet, with AC/heating, TV, and very good WIFI. They offer shuttle service within a 5-mile radius. Whole experience was A+.

The room (and hotel in general) provided what I expected: a comfortable, casual, and relaxing atmosphere. It's not cheap but well worth the money I you're willing to spend a few extra bucks. The room felt spacious and had a tv that faced the sofa (something that I wish more rooms had). The mattress was so comfortable that I wanted to purchase one for my own living room. All in all, if you expecting a hotel with a business casual atmosphere and somewhere to either work or relax this would be the place.

Stayed on first floor with courtyard view. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
