Great houseboat - spacious, very clean, and close to lots of things to do in San Diego. The owners, Ben and Lisa, were great to deal with. I highly recommend renting this houseboat.

Most of the houseboat rentals in San Diego are in the Harbor Island area. It’s only a 3-minute drive south of the San Diego Airport, making it a convenient place to stay. There are also plenty of parks and restaurants on Harbor Island, so you don’t have to go far for a good meal or drink—with views of the ocean, of course.
Early fall is the best time to visit San Diego—the summer crowds have gone, the weather is still sunny and warm, and you’ll be able to find a great deal. It’s a great time to fully enjoy the crisp ocean breeze on your San Diego houseboat, and maybe a glass of wine, too. However, if you’re in the mood to splurge, summer is also a great time to visit. See all the sights, then get away from the crowds in your secluded houseboat. It’s the best of both worlds.
