Very clean room and bathroom—no gripe there. Bed comfort: 10. Overall, just a dated, tired hotel that could use some freshening. The sink had visible cracks and weathered fixtures; the countertops were that 90’s granite look; the tub really should be swapped out for a shower & glass doors that I see in most competitor properties. The outside security doors were rusty and closed with a slam that resembled a prison.

The property was immaculate and very well taken care of. I think we found our new favorite hotel in Mission Valley. We will be coming back here in the future for weekend getaways in San Diego.

Everything was seamless—from check-in to the overall experience. The pool was nice and warm throughout the evening, which made it great for families. The only downside was the parking area; it felt a bit lonely and basic, and the lighting was low. Other than that, everything was very good.
